Question: I have not seen this film but have heard that at one point Jack Black sings the Bruce Dickinson song 'Tears Of The Dragon'. Is this true? There is nothing on the IMDb.

Question: At the beginning at the movie, there is a scene with Val Kilmer using a red/pink t-shirt and it is very visible a swelling in the elbow of his left arm. Can anyone tell me what is that?
Answer: It's an injury he picked up while working on "The Doors". One scene required him to dive off a stage, and the director had him repeat this many times. During one take, he landed quite heavily on his left elbow, which caused a permanent swelling.
It's actually Olecranon Bursitis.
Question: In Highlander The Sorcerer, Conner had adopted a son. Anyone know what happened to him as in Endgame, Conner gets killed?
Answer: It's hard to say. Since the series totally ignores "Highlander 2" some assume that they also ignored "Highlander 3." But if you don't like that idea, you can probably assume he's off at college with his own life, or maybe even been killed by Jacob Kell.
Question: What exactly is a Witch King - where did it come from and why is it there?
Answer: The Witch-King is a name given to the Lord of the Nazgul, leader of the kings corrupted by the Nine Rings. The title "Witch-King of Angmar" refers to a time in the middle of the Third Age, around 1500 years before the War of the Ring, when he founded the northern kingdom of Angmar to oppose the kingdoms of the north, which were populated by Aragorn's ancestors. The specific title "Witch-King" alludes to the fact that the Nazgul leader was a powerful sorceror - whether he was before he fell to darkness, or whether he learned his skills from Sauron is unclear. What his mortal name was is unknown.
Question: Where can i find a website showing the map of Middle Earth, and preferably one that shows the path of all the fellowship thoughout the movies?
Answer: The most popular and complete site I've seen is theonering.net. It contains detailed information about the books and films, and includes extensive material on Middle Earth. It also happens to be Peter Jackson's favorite fansite for the films.
Question: Exactly how did Van Helsing and Carl get out of Draculas' Castle? When Carl tried to back out shortly after arriving he just bounced off the wall, so how did they get out later?
Question: In the beginning of the movie when we see Frank Morris(Eastwood) getting out of the car and onto the boat, why wasn't he cuffed? The guards later cuff him when he is on the boat and would be difficult for him to escape.
Answer: I believe the director is trying to lure us into thinking that Eastwood is a good guy as he usually plays the hero. However that myth is shattered when he is cuffed.
Question: The number 1138 gets referenced in many later Lucas-related projects. What, if any, is the original significance of the number?
Answer: It's been widely suggested that Lucas based the title on his telephone number at the time. The first three digits corresponded to T,H and X on the keypad - the last four were 1138.
Question: Just two things I was curious about whilst watching. Does anyone know how they trained the boy who plays Little Jack to do the hand signals and cry on cue etc.? I imagine it would be quite difficult to teach a toddler all of that. Also, how did they get a boy who looks so much like Ben Stiller for the part of Jorge? Is he related in any way or is it just luck that they found a boy like that?
Answer: Little Jack is played by twins so both twins did not necessarily have to learn all of the "tricks". Ray Santiago is not related to Ben Stiller and there are quite a lot of make-up effects applied to his face especially around the nose, ears and eyebrows.
Answer: The boy was already taught to sign by his parents before he was discovered.
Question: On Scene 20 of the DVD, if you immediately pause it (just before the camera starts to pan up the outside of the hotel), you can see a shadow in the first window that looks like it's E.T. I can't find anywhere else online where this is mentioned. Is this my imagination? Or might this have been done intentionally?
Answer: I have looked at this about a dozen times, and I think it's just a shadow that resembles E.T. I can't imagine why it would have been done intentionally.
Question: In "The Killer Cut" DVD, there is an interactive menu with REALITY, DREAM, and NIGHTMARE on it. Each can be clicked to go to the main menu, but what is the difference among the three?
Answer: There is no difference it's just for show. I've clicked on all three and it takes you to the same place.
Question: Soundwave has two non-animal cassette robots, Rumble and Frenzy, but I'm getting confused on who is who, because in the guide to Transformers, the red and black one is said to be Rumble, but in the episode 'Desertion of the Dinobots part 1', Megatron calls the purple one Rumble, (and if you are wondering, I only have the season two part one DVD, so I don't know much about the T.V series), Can someone please tell me which is which?
Answer: The guide to Transformers (which I believe is known as Transformers: The Ultimate Guide) is based on the comics in terms of character profiles for the most part. In the Transformer comics, Rumble was red and black and had Piledriver arms, whilst Frenzy was purple and could use sonic screams. However, in the cartoon the character colours were reversed for no known reason (so Rumble is now purple and Frenzy is red and black) and both used pile driver arms.
Question: My question is related to the end of the movie after Jack has escaped. Governor Swann says "Perhaps on the rare occasion that the right course demands an act of piracy; piracy itself can be the right course." What does he mean? Is he referring to something else in the movie?
Answer: He is saying that sometimes you have to break the law to do good things. By this he acknowledges that pirates can be decent people as well, and that this can earn them a second chance. What he is specifically referencing is the crimes Jack and Will committed to rescue Elizabeth and destroy Barbossa.
Question: The WB said that Smallville was going to introduce Krypto the dog. What is Krypto's origin and how did he get his powers?
Answer: In the comics, Krypto is a dog from Krypton who was used as the passenger in a test launch by Jor-El, Superman's father, before he launched the actual rocket taking his infant son to Earth. Krypto's capsule was involved in a mishap, sending it out of Kryptonian orbit and eventually found its way to Earth where he linked up with the young Clark Kent. Like any native of Krypton, Krypto has superpowers on Earth. In Smallville, the dog is a standard Earth dog who has been experimentally injected with kryptonite, giving him super-strength for a limited period of time, who escapes and links up with Clark (who suggests the name Krypto, ostensibly because of the dog's cryptic origins). It doesn't take too long for the dog's strength to fade, and the Kents decide to keep him, although they ultimately name him Shelby, after a dog that Martha Kent had in childhood.
Question: What song was playing when Peter was getting ready to go see Mary Jane's play?
Answer: "Hold On" by Jet. It's on the soundtrack.
Question: I've always wanted to know what Kris and the little Dutch girl were saying to each other.
Answer: Not sure of the dialog but here is the Christmas Carol they sing, the lyrics are: Sinterklaas kapoentje, gooi wat in mijn schoentje, gooi wat in mijn laarsje, dank u Sinterklaasje. The translation is: Sinterklaas good man, throw something in my shoe, throw something in my boot, thank you Sinterklaas. Actually not a Christmas carol but a song for another holiday earlier in December.

Answer: The song isn't on the soundtrack, and I can't find anywhere in the film where Jack sings lyrics that even sound like Tears. I don't think it's true.
