Question: I still don't understand why Flint Marko shot Uncle Ben. Can someone please explain it in full detail?
Answer: He didn't mean to. If you listen at the end of the movie Flint says "Your Uncle Ben told me to put the gun down and go home, then my partner came and the gun went off." So the gun went off by accident (either due to being surprised by his partner or maybe being knocked by him). Flint had no intent on killing him after what Uncle Ben said.
Question: On my DVD from Thailand, when the queen is talking to the old man, just after loosing her child, it is voiced in Thai. Can someone tell me what they are saying?
Answer: The old man is telling Queen Gorgo that he will arrange for her to speak in front of the elders, so she can persuade them to send the Spartan Army to help Leonidas. He also tells her that he will arrange the meeting in 2 days time, and advises her to get Theron on her side, no matter what, as he controls the council.
Question: Why does Hallie put a piece of apple under Annie's ear?
Chosen answer: Three reasons. 1) She wanted to have something hard on the back of her ear so that she could pierce the lobe easily and have the needle enter the porous apple 2) the apple was cold and moist which would help the pain from the piercing 3) it was the most readily available thing to use for this since they were at a summer camp with no facilities for ear piercing.
Question: Has Carrie's sister, Sara, ever been mentioned again after the first few episodes, and why was she taken off?
Answer: Sara hasn't been mentioned in later episodes, and it suggested in later episodes that she never existed, and that Carrie is an only child. Kevin James stated that the producers couldn't think of an good plots to use with Sara, so they left her out.
Question: On IMDb, Tom Hanks and Tim Allen are listed in the credits, having voiced Woody Car and Buzz Lightyear Car. I don't remember them, where in the film did they appear?
Answer: During the closing credits they do "car" versions of other Pixar films. This includes "Toy Car Story" (which is where the Hanks and Allen credits come in), "Monster Trucks, Inc." (Billy Crystal and John Goodman), and "A VW Bug's Life" (Dave Foley). The joke here is that Mack (John Ratzenburger) is watching the movies and commenting about the voice talent of certain characters and that it is the same person doing all the voices. John has provided voices for all Pixar Features to date (including the upcoming Ratatouille).
Question: When I read the cast list for this movie, I have noticed that Presidents Lyndon Johnson and John F. Kennedy are "playing themselves" in this movie, even though they are dead. How did the editors managed to put Tom Hanks near the actual Predsident?
Answer: Tom Hanks was inserted into actual footage of the presidents, replacing real persons who were there at the time. Computer editing was then used to modify the presidents' mouth movements to match dialog that was recorded by voice doubles for the film.
Question: In "The Socratic Method," Lucy Palmero (the patient with supposed schizophrenia) has a book that is read to her throughout the episode - the quote most often used is "I will talk no more of the long war" or something similar to that. What book is this from? I tried to spot the title when watching the episode, but I couldn't get it.
Answer: The line, "I will talk no more of books or the long war" comes from a poem called "Her Praise" by WB Yeats, so the book could be one of many collections of poetry or Yeats' poems. You can read the poem here if you'd like: http://www.bartleby.com/148/21.html.
Question: Who left the videos and the note on the porch for Hank?
Answer: Bill. We see him pick up the videos after the trial.
Question: What animal was the Ribwich sandwich at Krusty's restaurant made from?
Answer: Unknown. All that is known about the animal is that it was smaller and had more legs than a cow. But it must be some kind of insect since that is the only group of animals where some of the species have more than four legs.
Question: Do Borat and Azamat talk in a real other language, or are the actors just saying gibberish for the movie?

Question: Is the tune that Bender is whistling when he comes to work actually real and if so, what is it? He is also whistling this tune in some of the other episodes.

Answer: "The Secret Box", or maybe "Karate Choppers".
Yeah, definitely "Karate Choppers."
Question: Why didn't Maul take his cloak off when he fought Qui-Gon on Tattooine? It just seems kind of odd because it would probably (1) make you hotter as you move around in the sun and (2) make it harder to move around.

Question: I know the pilot was shot and shown in 1989, but were there any other episodes shot and or shown along with the pilot?
Answer: No, The Seinfeld Chronicles (the first episode) was filmed and broadcast by itself, and eventually the series was picked up by NBC. Only then was the next episode - "Male Unbonding" - filmed. The next episode to air after the pilot was "The Stakeout", almost a year after the pilot was broadcast.
