Question: One of the other questions about season seven mentions Sarah Michelle Gellar leaving the show, so they had to change the storyline and not look at Dawn's key-ness, or lack of. Was Sarah Michelle Gellar's leaving the reason they had to end it at season 7 or was there only 7 seasons planned? If it was ended prematurely, how many more seasons were they planning/hoping for?

Answer: Sarah leaving the show was one of many reasons it finished at the end of season seven, Joss did want to carry on with one of the other characters kind of like a spin off but he has as yet unable to get funding for it. Season 8 is going to be released but in comic book form, the title and date of release is not available yet but Joss is writing it.

Question: How was Cloud able to survive being shot in the head in the opening chase sequence? Did the bullet just graze his forhead, or did it bounce off of his protective goggles?

Answer: The bullet bounced off and thereby did not directly hit him. As Kadaj's gang were after their "mother", you can be sure Yazoo did not intend to kill Cloud yet, so he must have aimed for the goggles. It's impossible for the bullet to graze his forehead in that angle, even though Yazoo could have calculated that, too.

Question: I've always been led to believe that the suit is as impervious as Superman, hence the bullets bouncing off his chest with no marks on the suit. Yet at the end of the movie, the doctors and nurses cut the suit and tear it off of him. Is the suit affected by kryptonite as well?

Answer: There are two stories: a) the suit was made by Martha Kent from the blankets which came with Superman when he was a child and these blankets got superstrenght from the sun too. b) Superman generates an aura which protects him and his suit against such forces. Both stories can be true: either the suit itself is weakend by the kryptonite or Superman's aura was weakend by it. Currently it is said that the blanket-story is the correct one. Also, they don't actually cut it off him - it appears to open along a predefined line (coupled with someone exclaiming "got it!"), presumably the method Superman uses to get into the suit himself.

Question: Who is the guy getting on the bus yelling "Semper Fi" at the end of the movie?

Answer: He was just an old former Marine (I would assume a Vietnam vet) that wanted to congratulate the Marines, and give them a better welcome home than the Vietnam vets ever got.

Question: What does Miracle Max mumble before agreeing to help Inigo and Fezzik with mostly-dead Westley? It's after Inigo says "humiliations galore," as Max is turning away to get his hat.

Answer: He is just singing/babbling happily. According to the captions, he sings, "Hi diddle lick do day dee shie!" He then says, "That is a noble cause".

Question: At the carnival, Viola sees her mom and her mom ask her where her brother is. Viola runs away and changes into "Sebastian" in the ride. Why does she do this? And why does she change right back?

Answer: Both Sebastian and Viola are supposed to be at this carnival so she has to keep changing to make "appearances" so it would appear they are both there.

Question: Why do they never show Mandy? They obviously did it on purpose.

Answer: Most likely just to leave it up to your imagination.

Jason Riley

Answer: Dupree wants an ideal fantasy woman, inspired by his enjoyment of Audrey Hepburn movies. Molly says that Mandy is a sl*t, but the larger issue is that Dupree needs to be more responsible and stable. I think Mandy was never shown because he never saw the real her. He was living in a fantasy world.

Question: What is the name of the song that is playing when you are on the main menu? It sounds like Nelly, but I'm not sure.

Answer: The name of the song is "Here Comes The Boom" performed by Nelly.

Question: In the new version of the DVD, where you make some of the choices (ex. choose heads or tails on the coin, tell Ian to step left or right away from the sign), is there a way to make all the characters survive? And if so, what are the choices?

Answer: If you choose tails during the first choice, Wendy and her friends don't get on the coaster (it still crashes), but the movie ends minutes later. Also, you can "save" Frankie by choosing to honk your horn again at the drive-thru. He is saved but everything else plays out pretty much the same. Finally, by choosing to step right at the end you'll see an alternate ending that does not include the subway scene.

Nick N.

Answer: Actually you will see the subway scene even if you have Ian jump to the right. And for the coin toss, after they get on Wendy has a different premonition than what she had in the original.

Question: When Dickie runs into Leif Garrett at the newsstand, why do they first act like they haven't seen each other in months, and then Leif asks if they're still on for poker on Tuesday? How would they have a poker night set up if they haven't seen each other?

Answer: Maybe Leif called Dickie, or vice-versa, without actually SEEING each other. Maybe it's not a weekly thing, maybe Leif is new to their poker group.

Question: Did Angel know he could fly before he took off?

Question: The Website Spook Central features an original teaser for the film with a noticeably different theme song. What song is it and who performs it? (It can be heard at www.ecto-web.org/~spookcentral/gb1_teaser.mp3).

Answer: IMDB says that it was a temporary song just used in that trailer. The song is appearantly by Glenn Hughes and Pat Thrall and can supposedly be found at www.ghpg.net/ctc/discography.html. Hope this helps.

Question: Am I just imagining or does Jack exclaim 'Ouch' when he and Elizabeth are singing and dancing around the fire while they are marooned on the island?

Answer: Yes, he does. He probably stepped on some sea-shells.

Question: When Romy goes to what I'm assuming is a dating agency, the lady she speaks to says to her something along the lines of "try VH1", what exactly does this mean?

Answer: She tries to get on a dating show that airs on MTV. She is over the age limit for contestants and the lady tells her to try VH1 as a joke.

Question: Can anybody explain why the T-Birds didn't see each other all summer? Even if Kenickie had a job, wouldn't he still be around after work?

Answer: Well, Danny was out of town, at the beach. It's quite possible that the rest of T-Birds didn't live close enough to each other to see each other during the summer. Also, they may have all had jobs, or been travelling with their families. It's also possible that they DID see each other, although maybe not as "T-Birds". When they saw each other on the first day of school, though, they were Seniors, and they were ready and excited to be T-Bird seniors.

BGraz

Another possible reason is that not all of them were allowed to see friends during the summer. I had a couple of classmates whose parents were strict about them focusing on schoolwork and/or getting a job. No phone calls or visiting friends on the weekends or during summer: "You can see your friends at school."

Do you really think any of the T-Birds had strict parents?

People quite often rebel against strict parents.

When they asked Kenickie where he was, he said "working, which is more than I can say for any of youse kids" suggesting that the 3 stooges (pun intended for their stupid routine that prompts Danny to tell them to "be cool") didn't work all summer. Also, Sonny needed to borrow money in the dinner until he could get his allowance.

In regards to not living close enough to each other, it is worth mentioning that having access to a vehicle was much less common compared to nowadays.

KeyZOid

Answer: During that time, it wasn't uncommon for people to go out of town for the whole summer. Often, it was close enough so that the father could commute on weekends while the mother and kids spent the summer at the vacation spot. Even when I was growing up in the 70's and 80's, I knew a lot of people who did it.

Question: Who was the guy in the red uniform that follows Krum and Karkaroff about? Is it ever explained whose aide he is, or what his job is?

Answer: It's never explained; in the movie or the book. Maybe just an aide.

Question: Okay couple of Questions. 1) Superman Returns is between parts 2 and 3, Lex at the end of Superman Returns is left on possibly an uncharted island. How did Superman know what island to pick Lex up on so he can be put in jail for part 4 where he breaks out of jail? 2) What happens to Lois and Superman's or Lois's boyfriend kid since there is no reference to any kid in parts 2 3 or 4.

Answer: The film doesn't take place between II and III, it just carries on from Superman II, ignoring 3 and 4 completely. Think of it as a parallel timeline.
