Question: This encompasses all the Bond films: which Bond movie is it that, in Q's lab, Q replies to some sarcastic comment of 007's: "It [the gadget] has not been perfected after years of careful research for quite that purpose, 007"?
Answer: In Goldfinger, Q says "It has not been perfected, out of years of patient research, ENTIRELY for that purpose, 007. And incidentally, we'd appreciate its return, along with all your other equipment, INTACT for once, when you return from the field."
Question: What are countermeasures?
Answer: Countermeasures refer to objects of varying types that would be used to distract missiles or torpedoes away from their intended target. So, in the case of a submarine being chased by a torpedo that's homing in on the noise made by the sub, they eject effectively a drum full of compressed air, generating a lot of bubbles, which seems like a valid target to a pinging torpedo.

Question: Can anyone read Spongebob's license in "No Free Rides"? Is his DOB 7/14/76 or 7/14/86?
Answer: The logical date of birth for Sponegebob would be 7/14/76. This is because in the episode where Spongebob takes Pearl to her senior prom, he says to Gary that he couldn't even get a date to his own prom. Spongebob is 28, not 18.
Question: In the opening shot, the camera lingers on LeStat's tomb for just a second. What did the door say? The picture on VHS is to grainy for me to read if it is paused, and the shot goes too fast.
Answer: All I can read is the name, Sebastian Fairchild. The rest of the text is too small and the camera angle is too far up to be readable.
Question: Is David Lynch a Roy Orbison fan? He seems to use Orbison's songs in most of his films. If he's not a particularly avid fan, can anyone tell me why he uses the songs with such frequency?
Answer: He's a fan now, but David Lynch only first heard "Crying" by Roy Orbison just before shooting "Blue Velvet", and wanted it in that movie. However, he bought Orbison's Greatest Hits CD and liked the song "In Dreams" so much that he ditched "Crying" until Mulholland Drive.
Question: Was it really Tobey's body both times in the mirror?
Answer: Yes, he worked out a lot to get into that condition. On the DVD commentary, Raimi states that one of the first scenes shot was where Tobey takes off his shirt and is not in great shape while one of the last ones shot was the one in the mirror you are referring to.
Question: As Harry and Hermione are going back in time, after Ron has left the room, there is a part where it looks as though a number of people are unwrapping someone to the right of the screen. What is happening then?
Question: Who plays the cab driver at the beginning of the movie? He looks familiar but I can't put a name to the face.
Answer: According to IMDb, his name is Mark Curry. Check his filmography at http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0193104/.
Answer: He had a TV show in the 90s called Hanging with Mr. Cooper.
Question: When Pumba and Timon are singing the Hakuna Matata song, does anyone know what Pumba was gonna say when he is singing about his story, and then Timon puts his hand over his mouth and says "not in front of the kids"?
Answer: The line is "and I got downhearted, everytime that I..." when Timon interrupts him. He was obviously going to say "farted".
Question: I know that Akasha is Aliyah, but who sat for Enkil? He's just a static character, but they had to get the face from some where.
Answer: His name is Peter Olsen. IMDB.com didn't have a listing of any of his other work though.
Question: I was wondering if "the mile" in the song "Redeemer" was in reference to the "mile" that death row inmates walk, if so, how would late 17th century citizens come to call it that if it is in fact a fairly recent phrase? Did current wardens pick it up from the 1600's?
Answer: After listening and double checking lyrics websites, there are nothing in this song about "the mile". Even if there was, there would be no reason to make this reference because this movie is not about death row or prisons. Besides, this song was written specifically for the film in 2002, not in the 17th century, so any references would be modern.
Question: What are the words to the chant that Eowyn does at Eomund's funeral? Also, can anyone translate this into English for me?
Answer: "Bealocweal hafath freone frecon forth osended. Giedd sculon singa gleomenn sorgiende on Meduselde." "An evil death has set forth the noble warrior. A song sorrowing minstrels shall sing in Meduseld."
Question: Why does Jess's sister insult Jess and her future mother-in-law by calling them cows? Aren't cows sacred in India?
Question: In the commercial for Spiderman, they play background music that has vocals. What is this song and who sings it? (if you look on http://spiderman.sonypictures.com/ , watch the full length trailer and near the end starting when the blue writing shows up and says 'this summer', it starts.).
Answer: It actually starts slightly before that - the harsh drum beats before the text appears are the opening to the track. It's called "Lacrimosa" by a bunch called Immediate Music, whose compositions get used in movie trailers a lot. As for who actually sings it - it's obviously a choir, presumably one hired to perform that track.
Question: What ballet was Mr. Hedare watching when at the theater?
Answer: Mr. Hedare was watching what appeared to be a performance by Cirque de Soleil.
Question: What kind of material are Theo's pants that she has on when she's seducing Dwight? And where can I get a pair?
Answer: Leather. Check your local leather clothing shop.
Question: Wasn't Quentin himself supposed to make a cameo in Volume 2? Did he? I watched it twice keeping my eyes peeled for QT, I really don't think he's there...
Answer: He was suppose to play Pai-Mei, but due to how much he was doing just directing and producing the movie, he didn't have time for the complex martial arts training.
Question: At the end of the film, why are the two 'goons' waiting for George Clooney and Co. nearby? Are they now involved with them as perhaps some sort of bodyguards, or are they just keeping an eye on him on behalf of the casino?
Answer: They have been assigned to watch Clooney by Andy Garcia because Garcia still suspects that Clooney had a role in the robbery. They're waiting for an opportunity to either gather evidence against him or simply beat him up some more.
