Trivia: Ever wonder why Vera-Ellen is always shown in the movie wearing a high collar dress/shirt/pajama top/etc.? She was suffering from premature aging effects (she was only 33 at the time) from what is believed to have been anorexia. It showed predominantly in her chest and neck - hence, the desire for her to have her neck covered.

That '70s Show (1998)

Trivia: The show was originally titled "Teenage Wasteland" or "The Kids are Alright" but those were songs by The Who and, legally, Fox couldn't get permission to use them. They renamed the show "Feelin' Alright" to show the focus groups. However, nobody really liked the name. After the focus groups airing, the audience were heard saying they really liked that show about the 70's or that 70's show - and the name stuck.

The First Time - S2-E16

Trivia: During this episode Bob and Midge renew their marriage vows. Tanya Roberts, who plays Midge, was a Bond girl (Stacey Sutton) in "A View to a Kill." In addition, all of her bridesmaids initially are all also Bond girls. Honor, played by Kristina Wayborn, was Magda in "Octopussy". Barbara, played by Barbara Carrera, was Fatima Blush in "Never Say Never Again". Holly, played by Maud Adams, was Octopussy in "Octopussy".

Factual error: When Gates is talking to Ian under the Trinity Church, he says that Thomas Newton placed the lantern in the Old North Church to signal how the British were coming. However, it was the Church sexton, Robert Newman, who actually placed the lanterns. Even though Ian probably wouldn't know the difference, surely three historians (Patrick Gates, Ben Gates, and Dr. Chase) would have known the correct person in so important an event in American history. There was no reason to throw Ian off track by saying this, since he didn't even know how many lanterns were placed.

Roller Disco - S3-E5

Revealing mistake: When Jackie and Fez are doing their Roller Disco routine, it becomes very obvious that doubles are used for many of the routines. Fez does a lot of his own stunts but Jackie does very few. While they do a decent job of hiding the stunt doubles, there are several times when you can see the faces of the doubles and it is obvious it is not Mila Kunis or Wilmer Valderrama. And you do not need slow motion or stop action to see the difference.

Hyde Moves In - S1-E24

Continuity mistake: In the scene where Kelso enters Jackie's room (the second time) when she is sick, she throws the teddy bear at the door. When Kelso enters there is a shot of the bear in front of him at his feet. The scene changes to only show him from the waist up (he never moves) and then changes to a longer shot where he is still seen. The bear, once at his feet, is nowhere to be seen. The shot then changes to Jackie and back to the longer shot of Kelso. The bear is now behind Kelso's feet.

Jackie Bags Hyde - S3-E8

Question: Red is shown in his WWII Naval Uniform. He has three medals on his chest. One of the medals (the far one on the right as you look at him) is a Commendation Medal. I was looking at the episode and it wasn't clear if the medal was a Navy or an Army Commendation Medal. They look very similar - the Navy medal is green and white with the bronze eagle as is the Army's (I have an Army one). However, the Navy's has two broad white stripes near the edges of the green ribbon while the Army's has several thin white stripes near the center of the green ribbon. Has anyone noticed which ribbon it actually is?

Chosen answer: It's the Army Commendation Medal. You can notice the pinstripes in the center of the ribbon. The navy one has no pinstripes.
