Question: In the Extended Edition, who are the Seven Kings that Saruman mentions during the parley? The only thing I can think of is the Seven Lords of the West, but I'm not sure.

Answer: There's no group specifically referred to as the Seven Kings in Tolkien's works - your surmise that this refers to the seven male members of the Valar, the fourteen Powers of the world, may well be correct. The only other possibility that leaps to mind is that Saruman could be referring to the leaders of the seven dwarven clans.

Question: I don't know if it's been said in the book or movie, but does Gamling die? If so when is it? I've been told it's at the Pelennor fields, however isn't he seen at the Black Gate battle when Aragorn gives his speech?

Answer: It was certainly stated before the release of the Extended Edition that we would see his demise at the Pelennor Fields, but it seems that that scene didn't make the final version of the film. With the death of Theoden, Merry and Eowyn's wounding and all the other action going on, it was presumably decided that to break off from the action for the death of a minor character would disrupt the flow too much.

Question: In the scene where Max shoots Vincent in the building, where does Vince get hit? Blood came out which I would assume would be the throat, but that would have killed him, or is this just a mistake?

Answer: I believe the shot hit him in the right cheek as that is where most of the blood is. I think it more grazed the cheek, as Vincent can't really talk when he is first shot but on the train can talk a bit more easily.

If you look at Vincent's ear after Max shoots him in the office building you will see there's a large chunk of his ear missing. It is more noticeable in the final shootout on the train where the lighting is much brighter. Maybe blood loss from that?

Question: Did A.J and Grace grew up together? Bear said that all of them had watched Grace grow up.

Answer: As AJ said in the movie, he's been working for Harry for 5 years. So No, they didn't grow up together.

Super Grover

Answer: It's mostly about Nameless' assassination attempt, but there is a subplot in the different flashbacks developing the relationship between Snow and Sword. Not much of an arc to that one, though.

Question: When the Ed Norton character is searching for Tyler Durden in the multiple cities, he runs into a man in a bar who has had facial surgery and tells Ed that he had been in that bar last week. I know that Tyler supposedly had facial surgery every three years, but who is the guy in the bar and what is the significance behind him?

Answer: First, the idea of Tyler having facial surgery every three years was just one of many (untrue) rumors - fight club hadn't even been around three years. And I assume you mean the bartender because he is the only one who says that Ed Norton was there last week - he was just talking about how "Tyler" had started up a fight club in his bar last week, spreading his army across the country - and he hadn't had facial surgery, it was just busted up from fighting.

Question: I would like to know why Michael Moore named this film Fahrenheit 9/11. I know that the 9/11 is about the twin towers terrorist attack, but I can't get the Fahrenheit part. Could someone please explain?

Answer: It's a reference to the book Fahrenheit 451 by Ray Bradbury, which deals with a totalitarian society where people are not encouraged to think for themselves, question the government and so forth. One of the features of this society is that all books are burnt (hence the title - apparently the temperature at which paper will ignite).

Question: When the evil Count Olaf disguises himself at Captain Sham, how did he end up with the peg leg? To get the children's money, did he literally cut off his own leg to be rid of the identifying tattoo on his ankle and also create a more effective disguise?

Answer: Of course not. It's common practice in theater (and movies) to simply tie the lower leg to the thigh and attach a peg at the knee.

Alien Rangers of Aquitar (1) - S3-E34

Question: On the IMDB page for this show, the Aquitain Rangers are not listed. After researching the Zeo (series 4) page, I've discovered 2 of the Aquitain Rangers - Karim Prince, who played Cestro, the Blue Aquitain Ranger; and Rajia Baroudi, who played Delphine, the White Aquitain Ranger. Who played the Red, Yellow, and Black Aquitain Rangers?

Answer: David Bacon was Aurico (Red Aquitar Ranger). Tideus (Yellow Aquitar Ranger) and Corcus (Black Aquitar Ranger) appear, morphed only, and voiced by uncredited actors, differing from their original MMAR actors, who appear only in the recycled footage of the brief morphing sequences.

Question: Can someone please explain the big twist at the end of the film?

Answer: Clooney and the gang actually stole the Faberge Egg before Francois Tolour. Clooney and Pitt went to see the thief La Marque who informed them the egg in the heavily secured truck was actually a fake. The real egg was the one on the train with the very low security. In exchange for the information, they must give La Marque the egg (as he had put it back many years ago when he tried to steal it because his wife told him to put it back) and his long lost daughter (Catherine Zeta Jones). In regards to Tolour he stole a fake egg despite the amazing burglary, and at the end we see him in disguise probably trying to steal the money back he lost in the bet.

Question: Why does the video cover say "We're back"? It's the first film.

Answer: When the movie was originally released, the art work simply said "We're Here." After it's initially theatrical run, they waited a while and then re-released it and changed the "We're Here" to "We're Back"

ctown28

Answer: I have the VHS from the 80's. 100% it says we're back.

Answer: I just looked at the cover on cdcovers.cc and it actually says "We're Here", not "We're Back". On Gremlins 2 - The New Batch it says "Here they grow again".

Answer: Gimli is simply the only one in the fellowship. The dwarves at Moria were slaughtered, but that was only a colonizing group sent out from the dwarves at the Lonely Mountain to reclaim Moria after it had been abandoned. Gimli, after all, was only one of the three dwarves that was sent to Rivendell for Elrond's council, so we have visual proof of two more, but there is a thriving society still out there. Elrond even mentions that they only care for their mining, with no mention that they are all dead.

Question: Does anyone know how old Zefram Cochrane is or when he was born? He seemed pretty old in Star Trek: First Contact which takes place in 2063, and "Broken Bow" shows him still alive about 60 years later dedicating the Warp 5 complex with Captain Archer's father Henry.

Answer: Acording to the Star Trek Encyclopedia Cochrane was born in 2030. His warp flight was in 2063, and he himself disappeared from Alpha Centauri in the year 2117 at 87. Kirk met him on a planetoid in the Gsmms Canaris region in the year 2267 making him 237. The first episode of Enterprise is in 2151, so Cochrane was missing for 34 years by that time and would have been 121 at that time.
