Question: Ben explains the code on the Declaration reading 'Heere to the Wall' refers to the corner of Broadway and Wall St. But inside the church he reads 'Beneath Parkington Lane' and assumes that must mean beneath the church. But why is there no explanation for what Parkington Lane is and why wouldn't Ben think it's just another clue?

Answer: He doesn't simply assume "Beneath Parkington Lane" means beneath the church: Parkington Lane is the name etched on the tomb hiding the entrance to the tunnels. When he saw it, he naturally deduced what he had to do.

Sereenie

Question: I noticed that during the Cell Block Tango, "Pop" shoves the Hungarian girl pretty aggressively. Is this a mistake?

Answer: It is not a mistake, it is choreographed that way. "Pop" is deliberately pushing the Hungarian girl ("Uh Uh") out of her way as she walks to center stage.

raywest

Question: The beginning of the film states that most of it is true. Are there any specific happenings which can be pointed out as not true?

Answer: It's doubtful Butch and Etta rode around on a bicycle together, and Butch and Sundance did not jump off a cliff into a river.

Lummie

Question: In the book, there is a bit (I'm not sure which chapter) where Danny is in the playground and is nearly trapped in a cement tunnel with what he thinks is a demon that doesn't want him to leave, and the swings move on their own. There are also lots of bits in the book where he is chased by the hedges shaped like animals but never sees them move, just hears them.Is there a good reason why this wasn't in the film, because for me they were the scariest parts?

Answer: I know they cut the hedge animals simply because the special effects to make hedges move were deemed impossible to do at the time. But both of these scenes were included in the TV miniseries "Stephen King's The Shining", http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0118460/.

Twotall

Answer: The original series didn't have an ending, it was just cancelled. The last episode was "Turnabout Intruder" where Kirk and Dr. Janet Lester switch bodies and then switch back.

Grumpy Scot

Question: The clones are released prematurely, one even sits up. Then the facility seems to spontaneously explode. What caused this? What happened to that one clone.

Answer: The facility only ever cloned Rico and Dredd. It had never been tested at max capacity. The equipment was also 30 years old and Rico tried to birth the clones early which the system wasn't designed for. The stress of all these things added up to destroy it.

Grumpy Scot

Question: In the Control scene in Cuba, where Bond notices Boris clicking and twirling the pen in his fingers, how does the grenade pen get into Boris' possession?

Answer: All of Bond's possesions were taken from him and put on the desk. Boris had his own pen at that point. Then there is a small ruckus, and Boris bangs into the table if I recall correctly. He picks up Bond's pen then.

Soylent Purple

Question: When the Hulk reverts to Banner for the final time, while watching Betty walk down the stairs towards him, steam rises from him and water seems to drip from his hands. What's that all about?

Answer: He's having to shed a lot of excess cells as he reverts - it can't just vanish into the ether, so you'd expect to see something leaving his body as he shrinks.

Tailkinker

Answer: Ronco is a company that makes infomercial products - the Fry Daddy is a deep-fat fryer. Claus von Bulow tried to kill his wife Sunny by giving her an insulin overdose. It was never proven and Sunny is still in a coma. Claus in particular is portrayed as cold and heartless (see the movie Reversal of Fortune) and not the sort you want babysitting. World-famous aviator Charles Lindbergh's infant son was kidnapped and murdered. In what was known then as "the trial of the century", Bruno Hauptmann was found guilty and later executed although many doubt his guilt.

Myridon

Question: Is there a significance to the little boy? Is he from the comics? Or does he become a hero/villain when he gets older?

Answer: As the little boy is never given a name, it can be safely said that he's not intended to be of any larger significance than 'somebody who needs protecting'. If he was supposed to be somebody of importance to the Batman tales, they'd have included his name as a nod to the fans.

Tailkinker

Answer: Reinhold. As soon as this name is revealed (during the episode with all the pregnant women giving birth) all of the cast repeat the name incredulously. This is a tribute to Reinhold Weege, the creator of Night Court.

Guy

It should be noted that Dan's real name isn't revealed to the others until s05e12, "Dan, the Walking Time Bomb." In the episode with the pregnant women (s03e22), only the audience knows that Benet named her baby after Dan's real name. When Ernie reveals Dan's real name, the group reacts in the same way, saying "Reinhold" in unison.

Bishop73

Question: What does the Hungarian woman actually say?

Answer: This is already listed under trivia for this film, but the translation of her story is as follows: "What am doing here? They say my famous lover held down my husband while I chopped off his head. But it isn't true, I am innocent. I don't know why Uncle Sam says I did it. I tried to explain it at the police station but they did not understand me."

Question: Why does the Emperor bother to rescue Anakin? After all, he has been defeated, lost most of his limbs and is near death. The Emperor has reached his goal and if he can take Yoda on like that, surely any remaining Jedi shouldn't be a problem for them?

Answer: The Emperor has not quite reached his goal of ruling the galaxy. In addition, a Sith Lord needs an apprentice. Since Anakin is EXTREMELY powerful with the Force, a broken Anakin (that the Emperor knows can be repaired back to a useful state) is better than trying to find another apprentice powerful enough to help him begin his conquest of the galaxy.

Question: On the second DVD for Special Features, how do you buy your owl in Eeylops? The narrator tells you to pick an owl and that you'll need it for communication. How do you buy it? I've clicked on all three of them and nothing happened. None of my friends can figure it out either.

Answer: Those owls are not essential. Just follow these instructions to view the deleted scenes: 1) In the Main Menu click the Owl - Diagon Alley. 2) To enter, choose the bricks in clockwise order from the left. If you make 4 mistakes, it will open anyway. 3) Once in Diagon Alley, hit the Key, located at the bottom of the Gringotts sign. 4) Click on the Coins. Then hit the Arrow to go back to Diagon Alley. 5) Click on the Ollivanders sign. 6) Pick a Wand Box, until the wand chooses you and then you'll be sent back to Diagon Alley. 7) Click on the Arrow to go back to the Main Menu. 8) Click the Wand on the table - Classrooms. 9) Place the cursor over the word- Transfigurations under the Cat and hit DOWN Arrow (or simply move the cursor directly to the *H* under the fire and skip to 12). 10) The two Owls under the fire will be highlighted. Hit Enter. 11) The *H* above the Owls is highlighted. Hit Enter. 12) Click on the Flute, above Fluffy's three heads. 13) Click on the tiny key with the bent wing tip at the door. Or pick any key. When you miss four times the correct key will be shown in the center of the screen, much much larger than the others. Click it. 14) Click on the short, round, yellow bottle in the back. Do this fast or you'll land in the Hospital Wing anyway. 15) In the Mirror of Erised click on the Stone.

Question: How could the shark see Samuel Jackson just before it killed him? It wouldn't be able to smell him because he had no blood on him plus he wasn't in the water.

Answer: The shark was waiting for them to come that way. It'd already smashed the escape pod. All the shark did was to lure in the water until someone got near enough for it to grab them. The sharks were unnaturally intelligent, so it seems fair that this was a part of their plan.

Mortug

Answer: I disagree with the other answer. It wasn't waiting for them, neither did it smash the non-existent escape pod to lure them in (it was a submarine used for study, and it was the explosion which caused it to become damaged) The answer is sound. Samuel's character was shouting at all the others and as a result the shark heard him. Sharks have better hearing than humans and they can hear sounds from 800ft away underwater.
