Question: What did Richman hate about the Muppets?

Answer: He was a greedy man who wanted to drill underneath the Muppet Theater for oil. He was Ebenezer Scrooge.

Question: Why would Laurie ever go and visit Michael in the asylum?

Rob245

Answer: Maybe she wanted to see her brother and was too young to "understand" the severity of what he did? Maybe her adoptive family thought it would be good for her to try and have some sort of relationship with her brother so they took her to visit him? Etc. Pick your poison. There's any number of valid reasons why the relative of a criminal might go to visit their family member in prison or an asylum.

TedStixon

Answer: She didn't, the movie picks up were the first one left off, on the same night. She went directly to the hospital and stayed there all night.

No I mean when she's in the hospital. She dreams that she's visiting him at Smith's Grove.

Rob245

Question: When Paul's curing Ruth's eye condition his eye glows, what does this mean?

Rob245

Answer: Nothing, it was to show him using his mental powers.

Question: Is this true that young Han Solo was originally supposed to appear in this movie?

Answer: There was strong talk of that happening. Lucas envisioned a ten-year-old Solo scrounging on Chewbacca's home planet. He was given only one line "I found part of a transmitter droid near the east bay. I think it's still sending and receiving signals." It would be revealed that Chewbacca raised Solo and taught how to fly ships. He was also to have met Yoda, but the idea got out of hand so it was scrapped.

Question: When the kids were coming out of the hospital, Pruitt was there and said that Dawson was going to charge them $50 for the tire, which he knew they didn't have. Earlier in the movie when he saw them on the expressway, he said he would treat them to a tire as a nice gesture. He paid for the window because that was his fault, but why did he suddenly decide not to buy their tire for them when he knew they were flat broke?

Answer: He's on the lam after shooting at his wife's lover. He probably needs whatever cash he has on hand.

Brian Katcher

Answer: He didn't decide not to buy them the tire. He said Dawson wouldn't let him buy it for them.

Question: How is this possible that Ahsoka became Anakin's apprentice? It makes no sense at all. Only Jedi Masters can have apprentices but Anakin was never given the title of the Master. In Revenge of the Sith he even lamented over the fact that he became a member of Jedi Council without receiving the title of the Master. So how could Ahsoka be his apprentice?

Answer: It's not just Jedi Masters than can have Padawans (apprentice), Jedi Knights can also have them. And at the time Luke was the rank of Knight. In fact, the reference book "The Star Wars Book", it says once a Jedi Knight trains a Padawan to knighthood then they could become a Jedi Master.

Question: At the end Krista gets pressure from the police, and she tells them something. Then the police show up at the robbery. How did Krista know where and when the last robbery was taking place?

Answer: Her brother Jem helped plan the robbery, so she probably learned about it through him. He might have even told her about it directly since she's in love with Doug, and Doug was intending to leave Boston after the heist.

Phaneron

Chosen answer: A single layer sleeveless top like Billy wears after his possession by the Mind Flayer would probably not make a big difference to his body temperature, but even if it did, it's possible he deliberately wore it to fight or hurt the creature invading his mind as he does later demonstrate some ability to keep it at bay.

Sierra1

Billy did wear long-sleeved top after his possession. It was unlike him. I know he used to wear sleeveless top or didn't wear top at the pool before his possession. Your second answer makes sense, though. Thanks.

Chapter Six: The Spy - S2-E6

Question: With the doctors, Will points to one point on the map, and he says, "That's it. I just know he doesn't want me to see there. I think it's important." What exactly does he refer to that he thinks is important?

Bunch Son

Chosen answer: The spot Will points out on the map is an an area he feels the shadow monster (Mind Flayer) is attempting to hide from him, so he thinks it is important. He later admits that the creature coerced or influenced him into indicating that point, and sure enough the soldiers the government sends in there are massacred by demodogs, so it was a deliberate trap where the mind flayer used Will to eliminate a perceived threat.

Sierra1

Chosen answer: The point they are demonstrating is that if they heat the samples in one flask, it has the same effect on the samples in the other beakers even though they are not being heated - basically that they react as if they are part of a hive mind or controlled by a single organism.

Question: Near the end, during the dinner party at the Ryan house, how did Jack figure out that Lord Holmes' assistant, Watkins, was the IRA informant? He seemed to put it together very suddenly.

raywest

Answer: Because, while everyone was scared and running for safety, he was the only one cool and calm. Plus, everyone was together, he was the only one alone and appeared out of nowhere.

Answer: The guests seemed fine, but Jack realised the power was intentionally cut since the boathouse light was working. Maybe he saw the external powerlines were still intact and thus deduced the power was shut down from inside the house. Going toward the basement, he sees Watkins coming from the direction of the basement shortly after the power went out and this made Watkins the prime suspect of the power outage. Ryan may have also known about the existence of an informant in the Royal entourage due to his extensive study of the prior attack situation. Finally, it may have been inappropriate for Watkins to have a gun since he was not a bodyguard. Seeing the blood, the dead guard and the power switch off confirmed Jack's suspicions which led him to shoot Watkins to get more info.

Question: Why does Big Boy tell Tess he loves her after he ties her to the gear? (01:30:30)

Phaneron

Question: When Frank is writing Jane a letter from prison, we see a flashback of his former fiancé running up to a tiny house only for Frank to open the door and knock her off the cliff. Is this a spoof of any particular movie?

Phaneron

Answer: It's a parody of those Romance Novel advertisement commercials. The young beauty searching for her true love. FYI, that particular scene was originally part of the trailer only. It was never part of the film, but fans protested after an early preview of the movie. They demanded it in the film and it was put in.

Question: When Helga tells Luke about the Grand High Witch, Luke asks if she ever saw her. Helga responds that nobody has. Later in the film, Helga recognizes the Grand High Witch. How would Helga know what the Grand High Witch looks like if she never met her?

Answer: 1. Helga had met her before, she just didn't know at the time she had met the Grand High Witch. 2. Eva was not the Grand High Witch yet when Helga met her.

Question: A question about this movie and the book also: When Daisy first visits Gatsby's house, why is Gatsby insistent on making Klipspringer play the piano?

Answer: He wants to impress Daisy by showing authority and control.

Question: Why did the young Michael withdraw just before meeting Hanna in the prison? Was it because it was too painful for him to meet his love face-to-face when she was in such a pathetic situation? OR, was it because he didn't want to let her know that he could discover her secret (as his original intention to meet was to seek her permission to expose it in court), which could break her much more than the trial, as that's what she has been hiding for many many years?

Answer: Ambiguous but, a possibility of a two reasons. 1. He was in law school and associating himself with a known Nazi war criminal could be destructive to his career path. 2. Hanna's shame for her illiteracy was both overwhelming and governed the choices she made throughout her life. Under no circumstance would she divulge this secret. This was a psychological conflict for Michael in the question: Should he betray her and divulge this secret without her conscent or respect her choice to preserve it. Visiting her in prison to urge her to admit her secret meant that he would have to reveal that he knew her secret. At the last minute, he decided not to do this. Hanna ultimately chose life imprisonment for testifying that she wrote a repost that she did not write rather than admit her illiteracy.

Question: Is this true that Jenny McCarthy almost got the main role in this movie but was fired after it was discovered that she couldn't dance?

Answer: Yes.

Question: Chavez calls Billy "Chivato". What does this mean?

Answer: Chivato in northern Mexico chihuahua area a Chivato is a male kid goat but also can be used as a young person full of energy, also an endearing term for a young boy.
