In the right-hand corner is a side view of 'Monica'; however, it is not Courteney Cox in the scene but a completely different actress. Revealing mistake: During Jack and Judy Geller's party, there are many shots where Elliott Gould's (Jack Geller) stand-in is perfectly visible. First, when Catherine walks over to offer congratulations to Rachel and Ross. Second, when Ross looks directly at his "dad" to ask if they have to pretend they're married. Then, numerous wide shots of "stand-in Jack" and Judy seated together in the background, such as after Rachel mentions the ring being the size of her fist, and during the toasts, etc. (00:06:00)

Continuity mistake: Monica is sitting in the living room with all her wedding presents, waiting for Chandler to return. She begins to open a large parcel and reveals a brown cardboard box. Then the camera moves to Joey, and when it moves back, the parcel is wrapped up again. This happens about three times. (00:05:05)

Visible crew/equipment: While Phoebe and Tim are at Central Perk, when Tim's beeper goes off he blows Phoebe a kiss when he leaves, and as Phoebe catches that kiss and throws it away have a look at the left side of the screen, where the Central Perk wall ends we can see part of Monica's restaurant kitchen set - the door and the wall beside it. Continuity mistake: While Joey's on the phone with Monica telling her the phony story that he and Phoebe smell gas coming from her apartment, on the table are the glass casserole dish and lid from the chicken parmigiana and a water bottle, but in the closeup there's only a ceramic blue bowl filled with eggplants and squash, and it keeps switching in the following shots,.

Visible crew/equipment: When Ross is wearing roller-blades while teaching his class, just as he points to the map and says, "Here," the second time, there's a hidden crew member that can be seen behind the end of the set wall with the map, at the left side of the screen.

Visible crew/equipment: After Monica and Chandler leave the apartment so Joey and Rachel can be alone, Rachel tells Joey that it's nothing and he tells her he's going to take-off, then in the next wideshot the camera can be seen at the left side of the screen. (00:08:30)

Other mistake: In the opening scene, while Joey's eating the bowl of Frosted Flakes the box is on the counter, and the brand name "Kellogg's" has been painted blue with its white line extended and covered with a sticker. At the end of the episode, when Joey's eating the Cocoa Puffs the box on the counter has the brand logos for General Mills covered with stickers on the front and sides.

Visible crew/equipment: Monica chases after Rachel's Mom to apologise and she falls over and you can clearly see the safety mat move when Monica falls on to it - it's blue and just down the first step. (00:22:00)

Visible crew/equipment: After the anniversary party, when Rachel and Ross are back at the apartment and Ross tells her that it was the easiest four hundred bucks he ever made, Rachel gets up and just as she walks around the couch we can see the reflection of the cameraman/crew member in the mirror on the wall, at the right side of the screen.

Continuity mistake: When Phoebe is talking to Ursula's fiance Eric, he is wiping sweat off his face with a napkin. He puts the napkin to his eye and then in the next shot it changes to the other eye without him having enough time to change it. This happens again when at one point he's wiping his eye and then suddenly his forehead. (00:07:45)

Continuity mistake: When Monica and Phoebe both confront Tim, they blurt out their news at the same time. In the three-shot he uncrosses his arms in surprise, but in the shot of Phoebe we can see he's still got his arms crossed. (00:17:00)

Continuity mistake: When Ross opens Mona's door with the hidden key he only has to unsnap the door. Also, when Mona enters her flat a moment later she has to unlock the door. (00:10:50)

Continuity mistake: In The One With Monica's Boots, Monica is removing her trainers and replacing them with her boots so it looks as if she was wearing her boots all along. In one shot her left jean leg is tucked into her boots, but when she stands up it is sitting perfectly. (00:07:25)
The One With The Video Tape - S8-E4
Audio problem: When Joey says "this is not fair to her, let's just forget the tape", his mouth stops moving after he says "forget", making it look like the audio is coming from nowhere. (00:12:07)
Answer: The statements that she's contradicting (that it is common, it happens to every guy, and it's not a big deal), are the things that a woman commonly says to a man who is suffering from erectile difficulty, typically to assuage his bruised ego. However, most men do not believe that these statements are true, as evidenced by Chandler's outburst. He's so caught up in the proof that women are lying about it that he gives himself away.
