When Monica enters the room, she asks him what he is so upset about and he presses play on the remote control. The tape immediately starts playing, despite no-one moving to put it in the player. We can see the stick over Judy's shoulder. In the next shot the stick is gone from his hand, then we see Judy put it down on a table, then it reappears in his hand, before disappearing for good.
