Other mistake: When Rachel arrives at Central Perk, Monica introduces her to everybody, including to Chandler, as if they don't know each other. In later episodes, we learn that Chandler met Monica and Rachel a couple of times when they were in high school (including when Monica cut his toe off). Chandler even kissed Rachel once, and since Chandler always says that he hasn't kissed many women, he should have perfectly remembered Rachel, and Monica should have remembered that the two of them knew each other. Suggested correction: Chandler and Rachel never really knew each other well. Chandler will have been in her mind as that guy that her best friend's brother hangs out with, and Chandler will only know her as the friend of his friend's sister. I doubt they'd remember each other as the kiss they shared was when she was drunk, and they didn't see each other for 6 years while Rachel lived a richer and dependent on her father type life.
Revealing mistake: In the episode where Joey is doubling Al Pacino's butt you can clearly see his shadow when he's shooting the scene in the shower, and he's wearing boxer shorts. (00:13:20)
Continuity mistake: The number of the flats near the start of the first series was 4 and 5. After a few shows they changed to 19 and 20. [The producers realised that the numbers 4 and 5 were for apartments on the lower floors and had shown Monica's apartment to be much higher up so they changed the numbers - it's still a mistake but there's the reason.]
The One with George Stephanopoulos - S1-E4
Visible crew/equipment: When the guy delivers the wrong pizza, in the shot after Monica grabs the pizza box to hand to Phoebe and shouts that they have George's pizza, the tape marks can be seen on the floor with one of them between the delivery guy's feet.
The One Where the Monkey Gets Away - S1-E19
Continuity mistake: While Rachel's babysitting Marcel she's watching the soap opera on TV, and when she points out Dr. Francis there's a closeup of the TV and when she points out Raven there's another closeup, but the TVs in both closeups are different, as well as the items that are near the TVs.
Continuity mistake: In the pilot episode, the guy Rachel left at the altar is called Barry Finkle. In all the other episodes his name is Barry Farber.
The One with All the Poker - S1-E18
Visible crew/equipment: The friends are all at Ross' place. Marcel (the monkey) is dancing to the music just before they all play poker (before Rachel enters). However, the reflection of the animal trainer directing Marcel is visible in the TV screen. (00:11:45)
Continuity mistake: Mr Heckles's apartment number changes from 8 to 5.
The One with the Dozen Lasagnas - S1-E12
Visible crew/equipment: When Rachel's dumping all of Paolo's clothes over the side of the balcony, we can see the apartment's back wall is only half a wall, with the sound stage and equipment at the left side of the screen.
The One with the Monkey - S1-E10
Visible crew/equipment: While Phoebe's talking about David she mentions the movie 'An Officer and a Gentleman, ' and when she tells them that David is kind of like the guy she went with to see that movie, in the following wideshot the boom mic can be seen moving around at the top of the screen. Visible crew/equipment: When Joey walks into Monica's apartment dressed as an elf, just as he takes off his coat we can see stage lighting at the top left side of the screen, above the large dangling star.
The One Where Rachel Finds Out - S1-E24
Visible crew/equipment: After Monica asks Rachel if there's someone else and shouts, "Why the hell are you dumping my brother?," when it cuts to Chandler sitting at the counter, the edge of the set can be seen at the left side of the screen, and also note the front door is wide open for the camera access. Additionally, when Joey joins Chandler at the counter the juice box has black tape covering its brand name.
The One Where the Monkey Gets Away - S1-E19
Visible crew/equipment: When everyone walks in while Ross and Rachel are talking, just as Joey says that he doesn't need violence to enjoy a movie, in the small mirror behind Joey we can see the reflection of equipment moving, presumably a reflector screen.
The One with the Sonogram at the End - S1-E2
Visible crew/equipment: When Ross announces that Carol's pregnant, after Chandler says, "Kind of puts that whole pillow thing in perspective..." in the next shot of Ross and Monica we can see a crew member's sleeve at the left side of the screen. (00:07:30)

Factual error: The sonogram shows a fetus that's much too far-developed for Carol's pregnancy. That fetus is at least 20 weeks along. (00:22:00)

Revealing mistake: When Chandler is choking on the gum, you can see it is still in the left side of his mouth in a huge lump. (00:16:45)
