Continuity mistake: In this episode, Rachel tells Chandler that she thought he was gay until he spent Phoebe's entire birthday party talking to her breasts. But at this point since Rachel joined the group, Phoebe hasn't had a birthday yet; that occurs some episodes later, in "The One With Two Parts." (00:02:00)

Other mistake: When Ross is helping choose a dress and shoes for Nana to wear, he is behind the chest of drawers in the cupboard. He looks in a shoebox and finds lots of pink sweet'n low packets, then pulls down another box and lots of packets fall down on him. Revealing mistake: As Monica is walking to her room and steps on Paul's watch, if you look carefully, you can see that she just steps on the band. That would not damage the watch. (00:26:45)
Answer: The statements that she's contradicting (that it is common, it happens to every guy, and it's not a big deal), are the things that a woman commonly says to a man who is suffering from erectile difficulty, typically to assuage his bruised ego. However, most men do not believe that these statements are true, as evidenced by Chandler's outburst. He's so caught up in the proof that women are lying about it that he gives himself away.
