The One Where Joey Dates Rachel - S8-E12
Factual error: When Chandler is explaining that he played Ms. Pac Man all day, the Ms. Pac Man machine is unplugged, and then plugged back in. Immediately upon being plugged back in, we hear the Ms. Pac Man theme song being played. No version of a Ms. Pac Man stand-up arcade ever played the theme song upon powering on. Instead, it would silently go into "demo mode." The only way the stand-up arcade version of Ms. Pac Man would ever play its theme song was after two events occurred in order: 1. A coin was dropped in the slot (or a button was pressed on the inside of the unlocked coin drawer), and then 2. Someone pressed the '1 player' or '2 players' button to start the game. It is clear that neither of these things has happened in the scene by the time the music starts playing. (00:11:50)

Continuity mistake: When Monica asks Brenda to clean the top of the cabinets so that she can get a look at her crotch, Brenda drags a chair over (with both hands) to stand on. In the next shot, she is magically holding a feather duster. (00:11:40)

Visible crew/equipment: When Monica is yelling at the other couple on their honeymoon, the things on the shelves behind them shows the reflections of set lights. (00:15:25)

Audio problem: When Rachel greets Mona at the door of the apartment, visually she says "Hi" but the audio is " Hi Mona. "
The One With The Tea Leaves - S8-E17
Continuity mistake: When Joey is picking up his bagel off the ground in Chandler's apartment he says something about the bagel hole being to small and he has it in his left hand. In the next shot it shows Chandler making a face and Joey's hand is empty. In the next shot Joey is sitting down and the bagel is back in his hand.
The One With The Red Sweater - S8-E2
Visible crew/equipment: When Joey walks into Monica's apartment and Monica screams "I don't know how any of these got open" while throwing a box, a lot of stage lights and a boom-mic are visible above Joey's head. (00:17:00)
The One Where Rachel Has a Baby, part 2 - S8-E24
Visible crew/equipment: In the very last shot of the episode, as Ross is walking down the hall, stage lights are visible at the end of the hallway.
The One With The Halloween Party - S8-E6
Other mistake: When Monica is saying "I can't answer that, Chandler's my husband" after Joey asks her who would win in a fight between Ross and Chandler, the camera is fluttering in and out of focus. (00:11:11)

Other mistake: In the opening scene when Rachel says "I went from store to store sitting on Santa laps" the camera is out of focus.
The One With The Stripper - S8-E8
Continuity mistake: In this scene in Central Perk, Monica tells Chandler she has hired a stripper for him as she feels bad for not letting him have a bachelor party, and tells him to think of it as a 2 month anniversary present. However this episode is set 2 episodes after the Halloween episode, therefore allowing us to assume it is set sometime in November or later. Chandler and Monica got married in May, as stated several times in the show by the cast, therefore they have been married for around 6 months or more, not 2 months. (00:07:00)
The One Where Rachel Has a Baby, part 2 - S8-E24
Continuity mistake: When a nurse is putting Emma to bed we see that Emma is nicely wrapped up in a blanket. The shot then cuts and Emma's right arm is sticking out the top of the blanket.
Other mistake: In "TOW the cheap wedding dress" the whole episode is about how Chandler wants "The Swing Kings" to play at the wedding, because, at their concert, that is where he realised that Monica was the woman he wanted to dance all his dances with, and Monica goes to great lengths to secure the band. In this episode, the band at the wedding is actually called "Jungle Swing".
Suggested correction: So the band changed their name in the interim. It happens.
The One Where Rachel Has a Baby, part 1 - S8-E23
Visible crew/equipment: Right after Rachel says, "Do you know that feeling when you're trying to blow a Saint Bernard out your ass?" the camera cuts to a view of Monica and Chandler. Behind Monica and Chandler, part of the set is visible, along with a man on crutches.
The One Where Joey Dates Rachel - S8-E12
Continuity mistake: When Phoebe is playing Ms. Pacman to erase Chandler's high scores, the door of the apartment can be seen open. When she loses and starts swearing, Ross enters the apartment with Ben, opening the door. (00:19:10)

Visible crew/equipment: When Chandler walk in Joey's apartment and say "Rachel's all moved out, huh?" as he walks towards Joey a lot of set lights are visible above their heads. (00:18:55)
The One In Massapequa - S8-E18
Continuity mistake: When Monica shows Chandler the photo of Chi-Chi, as she says, "It's good stuff, huh," in the closeup Monica takes hold of the photo with her raised empty right hand, but in the next wide shot Monica is holding a Sharpie in her right hand and the photo is in her raised left hand. Continuity mistake: After Gunther responds to Ross with the biting "ezels" retort, it cuts to Monica and Brenda in the living room, and when Monica falls off her chair, the rug and blue pad underneath are suddenly rolled up at the corner, then the rug is properly flat. (00:11:15)

Continuity mistake: After the opening credits, when Joey and Phoebe enter Joey's apartment, note the poster hanging on the wall and some items on top of the fridge, as well as a few of the magnets on the fridge, change, move, vanish, or suddenly appear in the following shots. Examples: the wall poster moves closer to the door; the Chunky B. Wear magnet at the side of the fridge moves to the freezer door; a takeout menu suddenly appears on the fridge door; the red star magnet vanishes; etc. (00:03:00)

Continuity mistake: When Joey is saying that he doesn't want to dress up, behind him is a guy with his shirt on top of his pants but in the next shot it is down. This happens throughout the whole scene. (00:00:35)

Continuity mistake: When Mona is saying thanks to Ross for showing her his rock collection she puts her hair behind her ear, then when she's leaving she puts it behind again.
