TNT Jackson (1974)

Revealing mistake: During the chase that opens the movie, the guy trying to escape shuts the door labeled "Back Stage" behind him. The various goons try to push it open, but only the badass villain with the charismatic afro can do it using his palm strikes. Sort of though, because just before he shows up in front of the door, you can see the door was unlocked and opened under the push of the normal minions, with the light fully showing between door and frame. Continuity mistake: The protagonist is at the lunch table with his auntie, and is trying to get her to fund his 'enterpreneurial' efforts. After the prayer, she asks him "You want some hot sauce?" Eddie Murphy goes from having his hands joined to having them on his hips. (00:20:25)

Batwoman (2019)

Pilot - S1-E1

Stupidity: The access to the Batcave is controlled by a mechanical lock with no security measure whatsoever. Not just that, but the butler guy even moves the key away putting it 3 inches away right next to the lock, making it all the more conspicuous because the lock this way is exposed and revealed as such! It even looks 'wrong' from a purely aesthetic point of view, nobody would have an odd hole in their shelf that makes the furniture look cheap and broken, it would be anyone's natural instinct to cover up something like that. Batwoman (2019)

Pilot - S1-E1

Factual error: When Kate emerges from the frozen lake in her skivvies and when she enters the shack leaving the door open, there is no condensation despite the supposedly extremely rigid temperature. (00:01:55)

Batwoman (2019)

Pilot - S1-E1

Continuity mistake: When Kate is writing the diary entry for Bruce, in the close-up the written part is taking barely half of the page, while in the overhead shot it is taking way more - the last lines being presumably actually scribbled by Ruby Rose have a much wider spacing. (00:40:20)

Batwoman (2019)

Pilot - S1-E1

Continuity mistake: When Batwoman knocks the remote control for the bomb off Alice's hand, it lands in a close-up right at the edge of the building...only, it doesn't. You can see it at their feet when they fight a moment later. (00:34:10)

Batwoman (2019)

Pilot - S1-E1

Continuity mistake: The hair on Sophie's cheek as she stares at Batwoman after landing on top of her and is in kissing range is parted in locks that move and differ across shots in noticeable way (for instance when Kate pulls the gag off her mouth there's a very thin one curling to her lips, but it's a thick lock right after). Batwoman (2019)

Pilot - S1-E1

Continuity mistake: When Alice is talking to Jacob Kane with Sophie on the plank, she says "Can your little birdie fly?", holding the radio with all fingers straight and on the side of the device. Cut to "For if she moves an inch..." and her fingers are curled, with the pinkie at the bottom. (00:33:15)

Batwoman (2019)

Pilot - S1-E1

Revealing mistake: In the Batcave, the protagonist looks at the newspaper clipping about the death of her mother. The rightmost column has a headline "Children traumatized after ride of terror", and a sign ("by Lucy Moguire"). And yet, it begins like this; "With the population of the planet ever increasing, so does the demand on Earth's resources." It's a lazy copy and paste by the prop department, putting some global warming report as filler text. (00:27:40)

Ranma ½ (1989)

Continuity mistake: In the room where Nora is stored, Barbara smashes with a pipe the bottle on the table. The liquid is spread to one side in the first shot, in a circle in the following. In the next shots, more inconsistencies appear (liquid appears to be leaking off the table, only to show later a half-circle nowhere near to any of the table edges). (00:34:45)

Continuity mistake: Barbara escapes traveling inside what is shown as a straight ventilation pipe, the closest intersection to her left being practically all the way to the back of the room with one to the right somewhere in between. Magically once Belson slips past the grate she has a left opening from a T juncture to escape into, right behind her. (00:33:25)

Sammo

Continuity mistake: Barbara slips through the air conditioning conduit into the room next to her cell. Freeze uses his gun to cut her escape path. We see that the icy spikes are past the vent, since Belson opens a grid right before them, but when Barbara kicks the stalagmites loose, Belson pops up behind (or from) them. (00:33:30)

Other mistake: Freeze gets in sight of the toll booth (we see the headlights from his truck on the asphalt before it), and there's a car in the outer lane he is travelling in, but he has a (too) long and uninterrupted run in that lane. That aside, the road goes from having 4 lanes to 3 lanes and back to 4 lanes, and everyone is going at mad speed having barriers this close (especially with the toll booth not being automated). (00:27:00)

Sammo

Factual error: The plot revolves on finding a matching organ compatible with Nora. Practically the only issue presented about it is the blood type compatibility, so let's go by that logic. In a misconception happening in so many works of fiction, the fact that she is an AB - is listed as a terrible problem because of how rare it is. It is indeed the rarest blood type in most parts of the world, but it's also the universal receiver and compatible with every other group.
