Thicker Than Blood - S1-E12

Character mistake: Twirling their moustache at the success of their operation, the villains say that the heroin is worth 10 million dollars. When Rick looks at all the drugs, he says it must be worth "a couple millions."

Thicker Than Blood - S1-E12

Revealing mistake: When the bad guys try to escape from the warehouse, multiple tiremarks of their highly unusual maneuver (a sharp turn that leads away from the door, in that precise spot) are already visible on the ground, no doubt from previous takes. (00:44:45)

Thicker Than Blood - S1-E12

Audio problem: When Magnum is pushed against the metal shelves by TC, a big clunking sound is dubbed in, but you can see that the shelves and their content are not wobbled in the slightest and Tom Selleck jumped himself against them using his hands to impact in perfect safety. (00:36:40)

The Complex Murder - S5-E1

Other mistake: Commissioner Selwyn Patterson puts some pressure on Humphrey and the team saying that "a wealthy tourist has just been killed." But Dan Hagen was not a tourist; he lived on Saint Marie with his wife, as said by the fellow oceanographer Jonathan Taylor, and they have a villa. Someone as well connected and nosy as Patterson wouldn't miss the notion of a multimillionaire living on the island. He also says that he needs to reassure the yacht club that there are no pirates in the area, but it was already established by the coast guard that no ships approached the area. (00:12:15)

Episode #4.6 - S4-E6

Continuity mistake: When JP announces that the SIM card was sold in Isla Jonas, Dwayne in the foreground is holding his hands on the buckle of his belt the opposite way compared to the wider angle. (00:36:25)

Plot hole: In 7-1 of KoF98, the protagonist is saved by Chizuru Kagura, and he mentions "I didn't know who she was, but I knew that I'll be fighting her in the future." The protagonist met Chizuru in KoF96 and 97 already and interacted with her multiple times.

The Curse of the King Kamehameha Club - S1-E11

Continuity mistake: When Magnum pushes the journalist's foot off the accelerator and steps on the brake, he's wearing white worn-out Converse sneakers with light purple socks and she's wearing tan stockings and pumps. Wen they walked up to the car, though, she was wearing open toed shoes with no stockings, and Magnum was wearing brown boat shoes earlier when he arrived at Mr. Dollinger's home. The Curse of the King Kamehameha Club - S1-E11

Revealing mistake: En route to the hut of the kahuna, TC is reading from a book. He reads "That is why curses or warning of death prayer" making exaggerated motions that undoubtedly establish that sentence being at the bottom of the page. Magnum then urges him to go on "That is why what?", and he resumes reading, but he's reading now (and again, makes very obvious he's reading and not just repeating from memory) from the opposite page. The Curse of the King Kamehameha Club - S1-E11

Continuity mistake: After the unexpected death of the champion racer, the protagonists discuss in Rick's office. Higgins is wearing a blue blazer with the navy and beige tie he wore during the announcement and curse. The fire alarm rings, and for the kitchen scene Higgins somehow had time to change his tie to a regimental one with thin red stripes. (00:12:00 - 00:14:20)
