Continuity mistake: When Mr. "Clarrisa" Naughton produces the manuscript to the unsuspecting Poirot, the open side of the folder is to his own right, but it ends up on the concierge desk turned the opposite way.(00:05:15)
Continuity mistake: Char has just received the new Zakus. There is a scene when he instructs his 3 commandos for the atmospheric re-entry assault; their helmets have a large purple band only in the front view.(00:05:30)
Continuity mistake: Junior's DNA-laden baseball hat changes position on the ground the first two times it is shown, slightly, and it is in a different spot where big slabs of asphalt meet as Danny retrieves it.(00:41:30)
Continuity mistake: During the climactic fight, Batman tosses the Joker utility belt, causing confetti and streamers to fall down all over the place in some shots, while there is no such paper rain in others.(00:21:40)
Continuity mistake: When Bright turns towards Captain Paolo Cassius to tell him about the success of their operation, his three-way front tuft of hair is curled one way, the opposite way in the close-up.(00:21:20)
Other mistake: Amuro's strategy relies on attacking the enemy having the sun behind himself, but when Ryu sees the Musai for the first time it is clear that the sun is behind Char's ship.(00:10:20)
Revealing mistake: The newsreel shows several issues of the imaginary Gotham City Times. Nice job with the headlines and the page layout, but every single one of them is issue number 11.(00:14:00)
Continuity mistake: Poirot slams the newspaper on the breakfast table when Naughton asks him if the accomodation "was all right." But it is turned in opposite directions at every cut.(00:14:55)
Character mistake: Hastings and Miss Lemon return to the apartment after their visit to the various suspects. Hastings though closes the door leaving the key in the hole, outside.(00:29:20)
Continuity mistake: During the atmospheric re-entry, Char in the capsule is clinging dramatically to the front seat with his right hand in close-ups, but never in wider angles.(00:17:30)
Continuity mistake: The cart with the prison meals is carrying 5 trays the first time it is shown in close-up. Inside the cell though, Kai takes his from a pile of 6.(00:08:40)
Continuity mistake: When Major Rich is interrupted playing billiards, the shadows on the playing table have inconsistent angles between shots.(00:11:30)
Question: At the end of the movie, Will Smith (the older one) has a present for his son/brother/younger self; his official documents he apparently did not have. Passport, driving license and birth certificate; he congratulates him on his name choice. And he gives those to him as Junior is walking out of the college campus, which he obviously is already frequenting and where he made many friends. I know the US system allows undocumented students, but can you even enroll without the most basic ID? In particular since he is in Georgia, which reportedly is one of the strictest states about it.
Answer:I worked at a university for over 30 years. A person cannot enroll in an accredited university or college without proper identification, educational history, transcripts, test scores, financial information, etc.
Revealing mistake: Throughout the movie, practically every victim ends up with a broken, twisted neck. The "special effect" used for those deaths is...the actors wear their jackets backwards. It is made even more evident by the plot twist at the end.
Factual error: The 'game' set up by Soneji is a whole bunch of computer science-fiction nonsense seen only in movies, with the common factual error of blurry pictures that can somehow be zoomed in ad libitum. The IT agent comments when Cross has clicked on a picture from the camera recording of the class; "Dr. Cross isn't in cyberspace anymore! You're at a live site, looking through a video camera", which does not even make sense. The sequence that follows is not a camera feed, with a real camera being moved, but a panoramic composite shot of the room.
Other mistake: Megan is kidnapped during the lunch break, and when Cross reaches the Rose residence, his friend from the FBI tells him about the forensics exams not netting any results. When he gets to the crime scene the day after, though, it's swarming with feds who are still doing things like checking the computer stations and even photographing the chalklines of the strangled woman, all sort of investigations that you'd expect to have happened already in the previous 24 hours or so.
Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the movie, the first thug is trying to convince Brennan to handle the gun. He repeatedly uses the trigger to show him that the gun is harmless; in the next shot the weapon mid-sentence is already turned around the other way, held out for Brennan.(00:01:15)
Continuity mistake: Cross and Jezzie are en route for Soneji's office but get stopped by a backhanded comment by agent Ben Devine. During the sequence, there are 3 people talking behind the two investigators; they are either on the left or the right side of the corridor, depending on the camera angle. They just want to be in frame.(00:32:45)
Continuity mistake: After the scene with the senator's wife sticking with Cross after the attempt to undermine him, Megan wakes up. Between the actual shot of her and the camera feed the sheets are touching the ground in a different way, and quite evidently the shadows cast in the scene are completely different.(00:24:00)
