Continuity mistake: During the first performance with the cat, singing "Satellite moments", a man in a brown sleeveless jacket and sporting a beard approaches James holding a shopping bag in his right hand. In the close-up of the cat he is bending to deposit the coins he had in hand, but his bag moved to the left hand. (00:42:30)

Factual error: James makes a leashed Bob hop on his back. When he announces "This is Covent Garden", to the right there's a new store getting set up; it's the famous international stationery brand Kikki K, which opened for the first time in England in late 2015. The movie is supposed to happen years before. (00:41:00)

Continuity mistake: When James is on the bus with Bob, he is holding him with his hand positioned in front or behind Bob's front leg, depending on the shot. (00:39:00)

Continuity mistake: Inside the vet's waiting room, James gets ticket 62. Not too bad considering in close-up the digital display shows they are serving patient 57. But after half an hour passed, in the background before he says "Bob, look, it's the month of the cat" the counter is at 51. (00:26:20)

Factual error: When James spots his dad (Anthony Head) and stops him in the middle of the street, they have a brief chat in front of a big marquee advertising "Charlie And The Chocolate Factory - The Musical." First represented in 2013, with the movie ending in 2012. (00:20:50)

Factual error: James is playing his guitar outside a station. Before the frontal shot that identifies it as Covent Garden, there's a street poster for the musical version of "Matilda." The play was already in existence in the movie timeframe, but the poster is in its "Believe the hype" version that is post 2013. The movie ends in 2012. (00:19:55)

Factual error: In the montage showing James busking after committing to the program, he picks up his guitar when it gets dark and tries to find shelter. On the side of a London bus, you can spot the ad for "The Hunger Games; Mockingjay - Part 2", a movie that came out in 2015. The happy ending of this movie takes place in 2012. (00:09:55)

Continuity mistake: After the overdose in the car, James meets his social work to try and start again. He puts his paper cup on the desk. He drinks then from said cup. When she stands up, James' cup is fuller than before. (00:08:30)

Continuity mistake: James is counting pennies on the aptly named counter of the store. Take a look at the pile of money; there's one coin in particular which stands out, on top of the other flat ones, tilted to the left. A couple of shots later the coins slightly changed position, which is easy to tell noticing the change of position in that coin. (00:04:10)

Continuity mistake: James strokes the cat he just put on the counter in their first meeting. As he crouches, he puts his left hand above the right. When their eyes meet in the next shot (where incidentally the cat also looks right into the camera initially), the hands are swapped. (00:15:55)

Continuity mistake: During James and Bob's first meeting, in one early shot the box of cereals is on the counter next to the cat, while in the rest of the scene it's not there, nor it is supposed to since James gave his furry friend a lift but never picked the box up from the floor. (00:16:00)

Kill Ratio (2016)

Continuity mistake: After the credits, Tom Hopper sees and hears a bunch of helicopters and calmly walks indoors. He then addresses the waiter raising his left hand before the cut. In the next wide shot though we see him with a right hand raised that reaches for the champagne tray and grabs a glass. He says "Thank you" in a third shot, same angle as the first one, and in fact, the champagne flute is in his left hand now. (00:02:50)

Te3n (2016)

Continuity mistake: John Biswas is tailing the little deaf girl. His scooter breaks down and he follows her on foot. They are walking in the same road in two different shots, with a cut just a few meters apart. The toys in her right hand and the paper in her left swap hands in the second shot. (00:18:20)

Continuity mistake: The getaway car has its path blocked by the police on one end of the road. They U-turn and try to escape the other way. During this sequence there are POV shots from inside the car that were filmed at a very different time; the natural light is completely different. (00:02:20)

Let Yourself Go (2017)

Continuity mistake: When Toni Servillo meets Verónica Echegui in the sauna, she says something in Spanish to him, and then shrugs in a close-up. The jacket and towel cover her shoulders and neck area entirely, but in the wider shot that follows, the towel is gone and the jacket is looser. (00:11:10)

Continuity mistake: Bill Kirby enters the bar. He asks Bob the waiter about his wife. There's a cut during this brief exchange, and the girl sitting at the table in the background changes position suddenly (she was browsing a magazine, now she is holding it still and fully open). (00:02:35)

The Wicked Gift (2017)

Revealing mistake: The bartender (Kateryna Korchynska) offers Ethan two lattes on the house. She hands them to him, and he walks out. No opacity from the liquid can be seen inside the plastic cups, and when he is moving away from the counter he leans forward quite a bit, showing the inside of the cups, squeaky clean. (00:08:00)

Continuity mistake: The lawyer and his two collaborators arrive in Mandrake Falls and reach Longfellow Deeds' home. The housekeeper opens the door to let them in...and never bothers to close it (and it does not close by itself). Few seconds later, Deeds' arrival is announced by the dog who impatiently paws at the closed door. (00:04:50)
