Baby's Day Out (1994)

Other mistake: The big lady and Veeko himself barely fit in the space between the building and the van, which are aligned. Yet Veeko has to just turn on the left to get a good visual of the lady who is now at the other side of the van itself. (00:32:45)

The Adventure of the Western Star - S2-E9

Continuity mistake: In his preparations for the arrival of his idol, Poirot sets a flowers bunch with a card ("Mlle. Marie Marvelle"). When we see the bunch later as Poirot has to leave to go to her, the card is absent - but he has not touched the table. (00:03:55 - 00:05:15)

Continuity mistake: Cybil tells Emma "clean up your desk" and turns around. Emma freaks out about it; Cybil's hand is coming from a high position, while when she started the turn in the previous shot, she dragged her arm away from a waist-high divider. (00:15:35)

Criminal (2016)

Criminal mistake picture

Continuity mistake: Bill Pope just went off the stolen bike and is descending the stairs to the tube; people around him change completely between shots (he moves past a short haired woman dressed in black that is a few steps ahead of him, too). (00:03:50)

The Adventure of the Cheap Flat - S2-E7

Continuity mistake: Poirot is doing his round of phone calls at night clubs looking for the chanteuse; the pen before Hastings' arrival is pointed to the left side of the screen, when he sits down (and Poirot has not touched it) it points to the right. (00:24:40)

Baby's Day Out (1994)

Continuity mistake: Muten wakes up and he hits Goku, sending him against the wall. Some slips of paper begin falling from the desk, but the quick cut to Chow Yun-Fat's face stops that from happening, everything that was falling off is perfectly still. (00:29:30)

Sammo

Other mistake: When Goku meets Bulma for the first time, he asks her "Are you Piccolo?" Gohan said that "he's returned", and since Goku knows the whole story about Nameccians, he obviously also heard the story about Piccolo tons of times. There's no possible reason why he'd mistake a girl with a gun for the powerful male-looking sorcerer mentioned by his grandfather (it'd be also pretty surprising if his Grandpa talked to him about the alien race thing but neglected to mention that they are green-skinned and distinctly non-human looking). (00:23:45)

Sammo

Other mistake: Piccolo kills Gohan using a Vader-esque power to choke the opponent, and crushes the wooden part of his house on top of him (a very large part, some mistake it with the whole house) with a display of great telekinesis that takes him seemingly no effort. Throughout the movie, he never shows this kind of power and control over objects or people ever again.

Sammo

Plot hole: Throughout the movie, Piccolo is shown being able to detect the location of each dragonball. For no reason, he shows up at the house of the old Gohan, and despite the ball being a few minutes away from him (and approaching, since Goku is coming), he leaves and never pursues again.

Sammo

Other mistake: Fuller's car "explodes" collapsing for no reason, it has been hit with a couple lead pipe swings by a creepily old teenager, never by Goku. And if Goku did it with his Ki, then he'd already have mad power levels, contradicting the rest of the movie. Even throwaway jokes (I would imagine this was supposed to be one) should at least attempt to make sense, or "not not make sense." (00:17:05)

Sammo

Revealing mistake: The movie shows in Matrix-esque slo-mo the double baton swing Goku dodges, from Fuller and his goon. They are nowhere near hitting each other, and yet, this missed baseball-bat swing causes them to KO each other in close-up. (00:16:55)

Continuity mistake: Chi Chi sends a sad look back to the bullied Goku; you can see she is almost at the entrance, with other students turning the corner. In the following close-up of Goku, the cool kids (as much as people in the 27-32 range can be considered 'kids') have moved backwards and have still a way to go before entering. (00:07:30)

Dragonball Evolution mistake picture

Continuity mistake: When Goku calls Fuller's name for "whacking my bike", extras are recycled, appearing both behind Goku and the bullies (super-easy to spot a girl in pink and teal, with her buddy wearing a blue varsity jacket). (00:06:50)

Sammo

Stupidity: The bullies run their car straight into someone they think is a total wimp (Goku) at full speed, crushing his bike. It's not a dystopian future, had Goku been a normal person they would have straight up murdered / crippled him for no reason at all. They are portrayed as a group of jocks, not homicidal maniacs committing roadkill on their way to school. It has also to be noted that Goku was parking his bike in a car parking spot, where nobody would just put a bicycle - but it is needed by the plot so that the bullies can casually crush his property. (00:06:35)

Dragonball Evolution mistake picture

Continuity mistake: After sparring and faceplanting into fruit, Goku follows Grandpa to his little zen garden. There was an establishing shot of the area by the training spot, shown once Gohan jumped on the ropes, and while the rocks and some gravel were visible, the little cement bed and greenery are brand new.
