Character mistake: In the conversation in the hotel lobby, Rachel asks Ingmar if he can snipe at 450 feet, converting it as "183 meters." There must have been a mistake switching two digits around; 450 feet would be 138 meters, at most.

Revealing mistake: By order of the shrewd Harry Webb, the helicopter just destroyed the Cessna on the ground. The two guys decide that they are gonna walk back to civilization. Cut to the vehicle driving to the explosion site, and you can see in the desert sand ahead of the jeep fresh tire tracks from previous takes. And it keeps happening during the desert chase. Girlhood (2014)

Continuity mistake: The movie opens with an American Football match; look out for the girl wearing number 6 for the red team, Molosses, who has mid-length locks of straight reddish hair coming out of the helmet, down her back. When a touchdown is scored and celebrations begin, number 6 takes her helmet off, revealing the face of the protagonist, Karidja Touré, who has long black hair in braids. (00:01:20 - 00:02:40)

Continuity mistake: The protagonist and his friend are driving to the designated target. The headlights of the car behind them get significantly closer in a sudden cut during their conversation. (00:02:35)

Jojo Rabbit (2019)

Continuity mistake: Jojo's mom makes him look at the people hanged in the public square. When they turn around and walk away, between the two shots there are clear changes in position in passersby in the background. (00:20:30)

Jojo Rabbit (2019)

Continuity mistake: During their first night at the camp, Jojo and his friend are talking while they play with their knives. During the scene the knives change position between cuts (blatant especially when they mention the brussels sprouts or when he rolls to the other side to sleep). (00:08:40)

Ride Along 2 (2016)

Continuity mistake: After the SUV crash lands upside down flying off the parking, James fishes Troy out of it. He is pointing his finger at him angrily, but it's the index of his left hand first, right hand in the follow-up shot. (00:10:00)

Ride Along 2 (2016)

Continuity mistake: During the opening credits, Kevin Hart gets in the SUV's way trying to stop it flashing his badge. The badge is in his right hand in the executive producers freeze-frame, but in the POV that follows he's holding in his left, and then again in the right hand at the cut. (00:09:00)

Ride Along 2 (2016)

Continuity mistake: James manages to jump aboard Troy's lime green SUV. The windshield has just 2 bullet holes, located very close together where the driver seat is. There's a close-up of the gun when Troy reaches for it; in the shot that follows, the windshield has a already a third hold in the middle that is supposed to occur only later, when during the struggle the gun goes off. Ride Along 2 (2016)

Continuity mistake: Kevin Hart arrives in a lowrider leaving everyone positively puzzled. In the background as he dismounts, notice the couple roughly at windshield level. Between shots her hand moves from his right shoulder (arm draped behind the neck) to the front of her own. (00:06:45)

Ride Along 2 (2016)

Continuity mistake: Opening credits. Ice Cube's on a mission and is looking at Troy. He's talking through the radio; during the cut the scantily clad lady next to him changes position. In the wider angle she was laughing and lifting the paper cup, in the close-up she's got her RBF on and has yet to lift the cup. A similar inconsistency occurs minutes later when they get out of the car and walk towards him; the girls are in different poses and the blonde on the right side of the screen is suddenly drinking. Ride Along 2 (2016)

Other mistake: In the hit on Port Commissioner Griffin at the beginning of the movie, he picks up the phone at 9:20 (office wall clock). When he is killed, there's a close-up of his phone that is totally, well, phony for many reasons. Most notably, the time of the call is stuck at 36 seconds even when the close-up lasts longer than a second. You can read also on top that the time is 1:44 PM, which is inconsistent with what shown earlier and with the fact that it's evening! It is also displayed as a Blocked Caller, too, which makes no sense. (00:02:10 - 00:03:00)

Ride Along 2 (2016)

Continuity mistake: AJ is at the computer playing with the camgirl. Antonio Pope walks towards him. You can tell by his movements that the glass of wine is supposed to switch hands right before the cut on Ken Jeong saying "looking good!" even when it's not acknowledged in the next shot, but the impression becomes certainty a few cuts later as they talk by the laptop. When the camera is on the Korean-American actor, the glass is always in Benjamin Bratt's right hand, but it is in his left all of a sudden cutting to him a couple times. (00:01:25)

Seinfeld (1990)

The Statue - S2-E6

Continuity mistake: Jerry is on the phone with Rava's boyfriend to ask him about The Statue. In the close-up he is holding the cordless in his left hand, but the same hand is on his hip when he is in the background with all the others crowding the landline to listen. (00:12:30)

The Apartment - S2-E5

Continuity mistake: When Jerry's neighbours are arguing in the corridor about sponge size, Harold is holding the tiny scourer in different ways between shot (in a different spot and with his fingers suddenly stretched out). (00:08:40)

Seinfeld (1990)

The Apartment - S2-E5

Continuity mistake: At Monk's, Jerry points at the woman feeding corned beef hash to her baby. There's an angle with the camera roughly behind Jerry Seinfeld's shoulder; the continuity here is sloppy, with George having his hand down flat on the table instead of with the fingers laced together with the other, and he has his right leg crossed and not the left. Just few seconds later he asks Jerry if he remembers his friend from Detroit, and he is pointing his left index finger at Jerry across the table instead, again, of having his hands close together. The Phone Message - S2-E4

Continuity mistake: During the scene with Donna and the wine bottle, besides continuity errors with cork and glasses position already mentioned in this page, the level of wine itself changes; Jerry poured wine to Donna, but her glass is empty in some shots, and before Kramer's arrival both are full, only to become empty in the last shot. The Phone Message - S2-E4

Continuity mistake: George is talking about the phone call; when he says "I don't like to go too long before I ask them out", the waitress with the blue cardigan is passing behind him. At the cut, she's already to the other side of the counter. (00:02:05)
