Continuity mistake: Ispettrice Bajani is knocked down by the killer comically opening the car door in her face. She falls back, but in close-up she is face down on the asphalt and the gun is on the opposite side from the one you'd expect given the right-handed grip and the way the door opened. When they show the crime scene, her body is also suddenly close to her coworker's; technically we saw just her death and not what the killer could have done before leaving (we know he got her phone), but realistically there's no plausible explanation why he'd drag her several feet away and the eyewitness says nothing about the killer doing post-murder Feng Shui antics. Continuity mistake: Ispettrice Bajani is on the phone when she shouts her colleague's name in close-up, but in the wider angles before and after her arms are held low. (00:43:00)

Continuity mistake: Diana is holding the calling card from Ispettrice Bajani in her left hand and her cane in the right hand when she gets the denim jacket. The close-up shows her right hand, with no cane, tucking the card in the jacket pocket. (00:39:30)

Audio problem: In the original version, it's crystal clear that the last sentence from inspector Gemma Bajani after she hands her calling card (when she says that they'll be back with a search warrant) was added in post, lacking ambience and even mixed at a different level than the rest of the dialogue. Stupidity: The doctor speaks to Diana in the hospital room. The scene is played like Diana just woke up and just discovered about her status, which they discuss with the medical explanation for it. She reaches out with her arms feeling up blindly (literally, of course). The first thing she does as the doctor leaves, is to put the titular black sunglasses on. She shouldn't even know they are there - and why should they be, after all. (00:18:15)

Continuity mistake: In the close-up of Diana kicking her client in the nads, the background shows the footboard of the bed behind them, but they are at the side of the bed, close to the bedstand, a moment before and after. (00:14:30)

Other mistake: When you are free to roam the sorority house, the texture used to represent the window in the kitchen is completely pixelated and out of perspective, in contrast with the average of the game that has overall fairly convincing representations.

Character mistake: The screen showing the cemetery inside Arzenal is full of tombs with utter gibberish names (like Tsliap Stliow, who died in GXVI, apparently, whatever year G is) - Some of this creative engraving does not even fall in the proper physical boundaries of the stone. And it's also labeled "CemetAry."

Holograms - S1-E3

Plot hole: The mysterious neurosurgeon Dr. Quinn was mentioned by the fake Myles Taggart under the pretence that his presence was announced by the local newspaper. It turns out that his invitation by the university was a lie - presumably no newspaper story existed at all then, or the university would have acted on that. Taggart is exposed as a fraud, Quinn's link to him is so direct that he was even the one who invited him (instead of goading the Colonel into inviting him like it was his own idea) and yet the Colonel continues to trust Quinn blindly - he even has the whole night and day to think about this simple fact, nothing was decided on the spur of the moment.

Continuity mistake: In the close-up of the opposition leader on the doorstep of the plane, the doorframe is in the shade. However, he climbs down the stairs in full sunlight. (00:00:40)

Continuity mistake: Casey is having a chit-chat with the villain/stooge of the episode, playing dumb and pretending to have a ridiculous 'system'. As she says that whenever she loses she doubles the bet "three times in a row", her hair goes from behind the shoulder to the front of the shoulder. (00:16:05)

Continuity mistake: The last night before the supposed arrival to Santa Cruz, Boone approaches Mrs. Lane. The moonlight (actually a rather obvious day-by-night) shines on her fully, but as the camera switches to a close-up, suddenly there are all sorts of shadows of foliage over her blouse. (00:57:20)

Continuity mistake: When Ben reiterates "We're going to Dry Fork", Randolph Scott's hands are joined on the reins. Shot from behind, you can see by the arm position that they are apart. (00:20:45)

Continuity mistake: During the initial standoff between Ben Brigade and Billy John, the natural light varies in the different camera angle - just look at the way the sun shines on Randolph Scott's jacket.

Factual error: As the protagonists say goodbye at the end of the movie, Speed pulls over in a railroad deposit. The wagon he stops by shows an odd graffiti. Upon further inspection, you can tell that it's actually an attempt to conceal the giant logo (the so called "split rail" logo) of the Illinois Central Railroad, a logo used by the company between 1966 and 1972, way after the period the movie is set, in the 30s, when the logo would have been the green and yellow diamond one. Continuity mistake: During the final fight between Street and Chaney, Chaney's shirt rests on the car's front in different ways between shots; you can tell for instance when they struggle by the car (a moment before the shot when Speed yanks Poe out of the way). The shirt shows its buttons; a minute later they are back fighting by the car and the shirt is folded the other way. (01:24:45 - 01:25:40)

Visible crew/equipment: In the fight with Street, Chaney gets knocked down by a double axhandle to the back. When he gets up in close-up to tackle Street, a shadow cast on the wall (probably camera equipment) moves independently of him and does not appear in the other shots. (01:25:25)

Continuity mistake: When Speed tells Gandil that he's always going to smell like fish, the moustached henchman in the background is holding the coat with one arm, but at the cut he is holding it over both crossed arms. (01:21:50)

Continuity mistake: Chaney walks away from Street, Gandil and Jim Henry turning down the fight offer; the balls on the billiard table change positions between shot and reverse angle. (01:10:35)

Continuity mistake: When Speed proposes a toast to "The Napoleon of Southern sports"; Bronson is looking at him with his shoulders straight, but the next shot shows him leaning back to the railing. (00:55:30)
