Alligator (1980)

Visible crew/equipment: In the opening shot of the movie, several people (presumably the film crew) are reflected in the eye of the titular reptile. (00:00:15)

Lupin the 3rd (1971)

Audio problem: Hassan runs away, chased by Dr. King. A wild Lady Westholme appears and says a line that does not match her lips. (Peter Ustinov's lips move without a sound as well, but in his case Poirot is self-censoring an expletive). (01:15:15)

Dio the Invader - S1-E1

Factual error: Dario Brando dies in 1880 (date on the gravestone) but when he was screaming at his son from his bed, Dio was reading "The Rise of Silas Lapham", which while being appropriate for his character, would be published only 5 years laters (started serialization in 1884).

Scream 3 (2000)

Other mistake: June 28 was a Monday in 1999. Jenny McCarthy was killed the day before, so on a Sunday. The scene takes places the evening (there's sunlight when it begins) after the night scene with Sidney; it is however uncertain if it is actually supposed to be the same day, or the day before, a Saturday. Therefore, Cotton, murdered a day earlier, was killed on either a Friday or a Saturday, but when he was killed there was a promo on TV about "tomorrow's" episode of his talk show, which is on during weekdays and so wouldn't be on for the weekend.

Scream 3 (2000)

Revealing mistake: The two faxes Jennifer reads are a single document that arrives with a timestamp of 21:05 at page 1, and of 21:07 for page 2. They arrive less than thirty seconds apart, and same for page 3, printed at 21:09. (00:44:20 - 00:44:50)

Scream 3 (2000)

Other mistake: You can read the date of the event at Jennifer's house on the fax; it's June 28 1999. However, if you look at the director's office in the scene with Sarah, June was a very light month with according to the post-its mostly scouting for locations and such, and no shoots were scheduled in that month, as opposed to August that is full of those. All the previous scenes at the studio involved the actors on set for their scenes, and the news voiceover says that Cotton shot his cameo role the day he was killed.

Scream 3 (2000)

Continuity mistake: Jennifer's house, the door just opened on its own. For some reason, Angelina and Tom don't shout back at Dewey and ask what's up, but rather jumpscare him. With Dewey's gun pointed at him, Tom has both hands in the air. In the same shot he lowers the right hand, but in the next he's with both hands up again. (00:43:20)

Scream 3 (2000)

Audio problem: To dispel Jennifer's suspicions that he's still in love with Gale, Dewey adds that Gale is cruel, etc. David Arquette's lips are not moving, though. Noticed also by the crew on the DVD commentary track. (00:39:40)

Scream 3 (2000)

Continuity mistake: Look at the shirt David Arquette is wearing when he's out at lunch with Gale, heading then to Jennifer's house for the first time. They learn about Sarah's murder and head to the crime scene, and Arquette is wearing a different shirt he'll wear for the party later. Admitted by Wes Craven himself in the DVD commentary track. Scream 3 (2000)

Continuity mistake: When at the diner's Gale answers "Well, I have written the definitive book about the Woodsboro murders", her arms are open; her hands were joined earlier. (00:28:30)

Scream 3 (2000)

Stupidity: For Sarah's murder to work, a lot of coincidences and unpredictable, convenient behaviour from the victim have to happen; she has to Miss the security guard and not hear them, she has to seek shelter of all places right in the costume room full of effigies of the killer, where the killer himself happens to be posing, she has to be completely inefficient at calling help with her cell phone.

Scream 3 (2000)

Continuity mistake: When fake-Gale mentions "your private self-loathing", an extra exits the frame to the left side. Over five seconds pass before the extra walks into another shot of the dialogue. And there she is again, but this time redoing her walk from the beginning, when Dewey embarrassed repeats "Little girl inside." (00:17:05)

Evil Spirit of the Diving Pool - S1-E18

Other mistake: In this episode, we learn that Kindaichi can't swim. However, the series is a continuation of the first one from 1997: in a few instances (the Ghost Passenger Ship Murder Case, The Kidnapping of Reika Hayami Murder Case, with Reika appearing as a key character here) Kindaichi could swim just fine and in fact would bravely dive in the ocean to save someone and swim downstream in a mountain river when gravely injured, respectively.

Magical Express Murder Case: File 3 - S2-E12

Audio problem: When Kindaichi understands the trick and runs away from the murder room, Miyuki as usual exclaims "Hajime-chan!" but with a curious flub in animation, her tongue moves but not her lips. Try to say "Hajime-chan" keeping your mouth open all the time, it's fun. (00:18:45)

Magical Express Murder Case: File 3 - S2-E12

Character mistake: In Akechi's flashback, the board with the flight for Los Angeles has accurate names of airline companies (they seem to have swapped "Virgin" with "Kristen", for some reason) but the flights for Seoul is from "KSREAN" Air, clear misspelling of "Korean." (00:14:15)

Magical Express Murder Case: File 3 - S2-E12

Continuity mistake: The writing on her chest disappears from Miyuki's top when Kindaichi shuts the train compartment door, and is back in the rest of the scene save for the shot when he reopens it, which has the same angle. The writing ("PoPo") is sometimes practically at the neckline, other times a few inches below. (00:09:20)
