Continuity mistake: At the book promotion event, Stephanie's agent walks up to her and starts talking about the book tour being in jeopardy. When we see her from the side, in a wide shot of the room, Anna Kendrick has several strands of hair from her ponytail that are falling over her shoulders. Continuity mistake: As Stephanie and Miles walk toward Darren and the buses, the natural lighting is noticeably flat in the first part of the scene - the street is mostly in shadow. But just before and after that, it's sunny. You can really see the change when Darren asks her if she's being a "helicopter parent." (00:04:35)

Continuity mistake: In the opening tracking shot of the scene where Miles and the other kids are about to leave for camp, there are a lot of people walking across the lower part of the frame, covering the entire width of the street. But toward the back, on the left, you can see someone in an aqua green shirt - that's Darren - talking to his daughter, telling her not to bite anyone. We see him up close in the first cut, but all the people who had been walking toward him have disappeared. (00:04:20)

The Mystery of the Yellow Room - S1-E8

Plot hole: The resolution of the case hinges on the fact that the titular room had a door that was then sealed off completely by order of a certain character. The key word here is "order"; the culprit did not do it by their own hand, they ordered other people (normal White House staff being asked to perform normal work) to get it done, without even overseeing the operation. They did it to conceal an incriminating object that was inside the closet that was being sealed. No worker (or team of workers, working in a historical building such as the White House, even) in their right mind would wall up a closet without first opening it and making sure it was empty. From the culprit's perspective, they directed a crew of people towards the place where the very conspicuous, incriminating, bloodied evidence was hidden and just assumed nobody would carry out due diligence. And it worked.

Character mistake: The end credits list one of the songs as "Score from Un Poste Al Sole." It is a misspelling. It refers to something played by the hotel TV inside Margaret's room, an Italian soap opera called "Un posto al sole," with an "o." (01:59:25)

A minute passes; nobody touches the hat or comes close to it, but when Marlene Dietrich gets seated again, the hat and its long veil move. (00:16:50 - 00:18:00)

Continuity mistake: Rep. Bucky Barnes is stopped by reporters on his way to the hearing of Valentina Allegra de Fontaine. One reporter asks him a question; Bucky responds in a less than impressive fashion and then walks off. The reporter turns her head as he walks past her, but in the next shot, she is staring into space in front of her, and only then turns towards him again.

Continuity mistake: When Yelena Belova is found by the survivor scientist in Malaysia, she advances towards him, hands raised. However, she holds the explosive in her right hand in different ways between shots (check when she mentions the "breakthrough").

Continuity mistake: The Thunderbolts are confronting Valentina Allegra de Fontaine at the Avengers Tower. She makes her entrance, champagne glass in hand. The position of her left hand changes throughout the scene a few times between shots—in particular when she addresses Bucky's "less than half a term" at the beginning and when she speaks with Red Guardian.

Continuity mistake: At the warehouse raid, Mike yells, "Put it down, put it down," to Booker Grassie. At that point, despite continuous background noise from the shootout, it's clear that there is a discontinuity of a couple of seconds. Booker's position changes (he did put "it" down and is looking straight ahead), and Mike's position too, since he is now holding the radio as well. (00:42:45)

Continuity mistake: When Manny stains the sleeve of Mike's suit with a handprint, Will Smith's pinky finger is curled in a very strange way for Manny's reaction shots, but it wasn't like that in the first shot. (00:34:00)

Continuity mistake: When Casper gets on the plane, he starts shooting at Marcus from the airplane door. To the left of the door, there are two windows with tin foil taped over; the airplane is obviously in storage. The taping disappears when he fires again a couple of shots later. (01:46:30)

Continuity mistake: When Theresa gets to Mike's apartment and confronts both real and fake Marcus, she mentions that lying to her is no use because she saw them on the news. Continuity mistake: Inside Mike's apartment, Marcus is fighting with the answering machine. Julia puts the bag with one of her dogs down on the couch. You can see her set the bag next to the gap between two pillows, but in the next shot, it's next to the armrest. Also, the strap is off the couch the next time the bag is in frame once he mentions the "peak hours," but nobody touched it. (00:43:10)

Continuity mistake: When the captain greets the Bad Boys, saying "Welcome to our nightmare," Joe Pantoliano is wearing no glasses, either on his face or around his neck. Cut to him opening the door to the vault; he's now wearing a retainer with glasses. The shots are not technically consecutive, but he was only leading them through a corridor. There's no reason why he'd feel the urge to wear his glasses all of a sudden when he didn't even have them on hand. (00:12:25)

Other mistake: When Cecilia finds the newspaper clipping with her own story, the headline is about Cecilia Jones, but the article ends with "Our thoughts and prayers go out to the Adams family." She was the only one involved in the accident. (00:48:30)
