Continuity mistake: When the staff sings Happy Birthday to Magnum, Higgins joins in. Both Magnum and Juliett touch their own face with lack of continuity from one shot to the next (her hand is under her chin or not, his hand is suddenly at the side of their head, etc). Likewise when the maitre tells Magnum that they will bring the cake into the kitchen, a man behind Magnum claps right over his shoulder, only for his hands to be gone in the next shot. (00:32:35)

With that being a reference to the previous episode, it means that her arm, literally pierced by a bullet and that she had in a sling, healed completely without as little as a bandage (she is even wearing a sleeveless dress!) in 7 days or so.
