Continuity mistake: Maggie arrives home and puts the shopping bags and her handbag on the kitchen isle, next to her daughter. The handbag rolls sideways, but in the following shot it is straight and with its strap adjusted differently. (00:03:00)

The Big Ripoff - S1-E8

Continuity mistake: Jim picks up the heavy groceries bags from the trunk. He's holding closer to his body the one with the eggs and the Stuffin, which instead is on the outside at the next cut. (00:05:50)

The Big Ripoff - S1-E8

Revealing mistake: During the opening set in Switzerland, all the cars have Swiss license plates from Lausanne with the Vaud canton emblem, but every single one of them has them mounted on license plate holders of the wrong size, showing that they all are cars from a different region/market.

Plot hole: The KoF97 story mode starts with a double flub; Serina announces that the opening matchups for KoF96 have been announced (wrong year), and in the background there are big screens showing, amongst the other characters, also Ash Crimson, a character that won't enter the saga until 2003.

Character mistake: Rugal's comment on the American Sports Team when you reach the mid-game point is that they are diamonds in the rough, and that he looks "FOWARD" to see how far they can get.

The Big Ripoff - S1-E8

Continuity mistake: Jim is at the table of the cafe as the woman he is observing stops the car in front of a building. A man in the faraway shot walks past the car and the door it stopped in front of, but when we see the woman get out of the car in the next shot, the man is just only now entering in frame and moving past the car. Magnum, P.I. (1980)

No Need to Know - S1-E5

Revealing mistake: There's a neat and funny transition between the moment Rick tosses in the bin the orange juice bill that he knows Magnum will never pay, and a sponge being thrown into a bucket as Higgins polishes Robin Masters' Audi. The sponge though comes in from the right, way off Higgins' position. It's not John Hillerman that tossed it, but some stagehand. (00:16:40)

Magnum, P.I. (1980)

No Need to Know - S1-E5

Continuity mistake: When Magnum works on picking the lock to his own home, the plant next to the door is the characteristic Swiss cheese plant; it has 'holes' in the leaves. The dogs arrive and scratch at the door, and the plant is now a different one. The table and chair appear also to have moved - probably it's footage from a totally different moment or location. Magnum, P.I. (1980)

No Need to Know - S1-E5

Plot hole: Towards the beginning of the episode a peculiar arrangement is presented; Magnum has to share the guest house with two stewardesses, Mandy and Suzie. The night of the party, they both go for a swim. Mandy is involved in a shooting, and following scenes include her resting at the guest house. Suzie is never heard from since. She does not have a place to sleep; it is made clear that the main house has not been arranged yet for that purpose, the Brigadier and his escort have to leave first. She is not there in the morning. She just vanishes.

Other mistake: The photographer takes shots of the Brigadier on the balcony. The Brigadier is wearing a shirt and pants, fairly casual as expected. When Hooker is left alone in the dark room of the terrorist, he is looking at pictures of the Brigadier wearing a white jacket and bowtie, which is the outfit he will wear at the party several hours later. Magnum, P.I. (1980)

No Need to Know - S1-E5

Other mistake: The creepy photographer guy is taking pictures throughout the episode. His camera somehow reaches everywhere on the estate; front gates, lawn, the Brigadier's balcony, with extreme close-ups and disregard to walls and structures in the way. It's one of those magic movie cameras.

Magnum, P.I. (1980)

No Need to Know - S1-E5

Continuity mistake: Magnum jumps in the Ferrari to stop the bomb. He is wearing his blue Lacoste and beige pants. The car sprints out of the gates...and Magnum lost his pants. But it's nothing compared to the interior shot of the Ferrari that follows; he's wearing now blue jeans, and shifting gears wearing his team ring on that hand - but it was on the left hand earlier. Magnum, P.I. (1980)

No Need to Know - S1-E5

Stupidity: Magnum saves the day in a dramatic car chase...but just in the previous episode it was shown that the Robin-2 Audi has a car phone. He could have simply told everyone over the phone to get out of the vehicle.

Magnum, P.I. (1980)

No Need to Know - S1-E5

Other mistake: The IRA operative puts the bomb into the Audi with a timer rigged for 5:00. Three minutes and a half of time that cannot be compressed (no cuts to any other scene that happens simultaneously - and if anything, more time than that should have realistically elapsed) pass before Magnum even gets on the Ferrari and drives out of the Nest. The way it is shown in the episode, Magnum could never make the heroic save. It gets even worse at the ending; 15 seconds remain on the timer and Magnum has yet to force the Audi down the beach road, the car has to reach the end of said road, Magnum runs, on foot, to their point, convinces them that there is indeed a bomb, and they run for cover.taking cover and waiting for the thing to explode! A minute could have been spent for that task alone. (00:39:20 - 00:42:50)
