Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the sparring between Goku and his Grandpa, the clotheslines project clear shadows on the ground. During several shots during the silly fight (several from above when they flip around, or for instance the wide shot that follows the bug-eating bit) there's a total lack of shadows. Other mistake: The history in the world of this movie does not have to follow our own (after all, in Toriyama's creations we have dinosaurs roaming the Earth, and talking animals), however the opening narration talks about how "thousands of years ago" Piccolo bringing our "peaceful planet" and "the HUMAN RACE, on the BRINK OF ANNIHILATION." The movie is set in 2010-ish (Goku has a poster of the "Pazu United" football team, year 2010), and turns out from later dialogue that Piccolo is coming back after 2,000 years. The implausibility of a nearly world-ending global catastrophe happening barely 2,000 years ago and being completely erased from history (nobody remembers Piccolo and everybody laughs off the notion of an invasion around that time) is astonishing, but even admitting that, the opening crawl briefly shows warriors in full plate armor, definitely out of place for circa the first century AD. Everything about the narration leads to a very far back mythical pre-historic past, so when later it turns out it's" just" 2,000 years ago, it makes no sense.

Continuity mistake: Rizzo breaks up the rumble at the pizza joint; in the wide shots when he keeps the goons in check, there are several more unperturbed bottles in the shelves behind Manomozza than in close-ups. Some of the bottles that were in the side shelves in fact have inexplicably moved onto the center one. (00:11:25)

Continuity mistake: Jerico causes the car crash to happen, and one of the agents is propelled out of the car through the windshield. You can see him roll on the asphalt at distance. In the rest of the scene his body is at an angle and on the foliage. (00:34:15)

Stupidity: Project Pegasus is a billion dollar structure with no security guards besides the couple dudes Fury shows the badge to at the entrance, no video surveillance, and once SHIELD arrives nobody has to even open a locked door anymore.
Suggested correction: First of all, Fury was allowed in as it's a government facility and he works for the government and as a SHIELD agent is allowed access. It's inside a mountain and they passed multiple security guards as they drove in, armed guards. Everything is thumb prints and cameras which was quite elaborate for that time. To say they lack in security is quite an understatement. SHIELD has quite some authority and can easily take control in the Pegasus project facility.
You are right about the main entrance being truly secure both for guards and strategic position. The problem is that they are free to just roam the facility for an hour, blast through doors, not a soul in sight, no evidence of camera monitoring the inside of the structure, and once the gag of the pad is finished, no door requires it. Actually, funnily enough you can see a guard of the place opening the elevator for Fury and the supervisor, as if the thumprint scan was needed to even get into the elevator itself, but Keller then just walks into the archive just fine (from a different door than the one Vers blasted). There are keypads to exit places (for instance the hangar, when the agents in pursuit break through the door you can see a keypad on the wall) but only when it's convenient (Vers and Fury walked through that same door with no problem, not to mention the fact that the whole stairs seem to have none, which is funny for a place that has keypads both sides of doors).

Continuity mistake: Mr. Collins asks which daughter made dinner. Bennet responds that his daughters were trained for battle, not the kitchen. Charles Dance lifts the glass before the editing cut, but in the next shot, the glass is nowhere in sight. (00:33:30)

Continuity mistake: When Goku finds his Grandpa covered in rubble, he removes a wood plank; Gohan's hand is on top of the wood at first, then more logically it is under it. Also, when Goku brings him to the dry landscape, he's clean from the dust. (00:20:00)

Factual error: Piccolo evaporates a lake to more comfortably search for a dragonball at the bottom. When he retrieves the ball, he's surrounded by various green-yellowish bushes, which certainly would have not grown at the bottom of a lake. (00:34:30)
