Continuity mistake: When Rian and Mira are on the Spy glass, he understands she just invited him to Dreamfast. When she answers "Yes! I mean...if you wanted to?" his hair is suddenly all the way behind the sword's handle, when it wasn't in the shot before. (00:09:45)

Continuity mistake: As Ricky Gervais walks by the school where his nephew is, a "chubby little ginger" shouts "pedo" at him. He stops and holds one of the bars of the railing, third from the pillar. In the close-up, you can count more bars than that, showing he is in a different position altogether. (00:07:00)

Continuity mistake: When Chaz leaves the house telling Jesse that she has just 2 weeks to pack, in the close-up when she says "Bye..." her hair is all in front of her shoulders as opposed to the rest of the scene. (00:08:40)

Other mistake: Aladdin slices off one head of the monster in the tomb. The body spurts copious amounts of blood and the severed head even bounces on him repeatedly, but Aladdin's shirt is immaculate afterwards. (00:04:40)
Continuity mistake: In the first WW2 flashback the protagonist is handing the various items to the Nazi doorman. When he puts down the pen, he is doing it with a left hand in the table close-up, but he picked it with his right, as the left arm is busy holding the coat. (00:02:05)

Continuity mistake: Gabriela's luggage crashes down the slope into the vehicle of the beefy co-protagonist. During the scene, the bra on the pickup's hood is positioned in an obvious different way (also coming lower onto the fender's arc) between shots. (00:13:00)

Continuity mistake: In week 14, at his wife's request, the reverend goes visit Ye Win to ask him about increasing work shifts. When he is shown handing back forms to his fellow Burmese people, Ye Win puts down his pencil, but the pencil is back in his hand when he is passing the first. (00:57:10)

Continuity mistake: Jay is mopping the floor after promising on the phone to his dad that he'll bring his non-existent fiancee to the wedding. He tries to talk one of the nurses into joining him. While doing so, he stands before her leaning on his mop with his left hand on top, which switches to the right hand between shots. (00:06:40)

Factual error: Summer and Carmen are at the saloon and catch on the local news the report of the kidnapping. The scene is set in Tuscany, Italy, but the news anchor is Spanish actress Paz Vega, speaking with an obvious accent and mispronouncing words. To make the whole situation even more absurd, she is supposed to portray a native Italian speaker, "Giulia Carni": the last name is Italian sounding but nonexistent in reality, and the headline used for the news report, "Nonna-napper", "kidnapper of grandmother" has such an awkward and unnatural sound and feel in Italian and for an Italian audience, that nobody ever would use it. Continuity mistake: When the police catches the pickpocketer at the beginning, they literally lift him off the ground. There is a close-up shot in between, and the lack of continuity is apparent in the hand position of the man. Not just that: vehicles obviously disappear and appear in every cut.
