Other mistake: NPCs will sometimes be on their phones out and about. Sometimes you can see one miming the motions of tapping on a phone... but there's not actually anything in their hand.

Revealing mistake: When biting someone who's wearing a thick scarf, the player character vampire will be seen as if sucking blood from the person's neck. But the thick scarf is still in the way, with the vampire's face clipping through it.

Trivia: In a pretty clear reference to The Matrix scene with the red pill and blue pill between Morpheus and Neo, there is a part in the first level where two chairs are situated in front of a fireplace with a table between them. And there is a red syringe and a blue syringe on the table.

Bug: Sometimes when moving a body around with telekinesis, the leg or other limb can get stuck in the floor and prevent movement.

Trivia: The Halloween skin, Zombie Outfit, for Roy, if you watch closely in the attack animations, he actually is ripping off his own arm and beating his enemies with it.

Bug: Sometimes after a raid ends, the Egg for the raid boss will still be visible on top of the gym even though it has ended. This can also mean that when other Pokémon that are inside the gym appear on top of it, their bodies will be clipping into the Egg.

Plot hole: In the film, it is shown that Ben is the only one knocked out by the cosmic storm, with the others conscious to get them back to Earth safely. However, in the game, things are changed so all four of them and Doom are knocked out and wake up in the hospital. They were the only five people on the station and were knocked out there, with Ben in the airlock. There would have been nobody to get them on the shuttle and take them back to Earth for a rescue. In the film, only Ben got knocked out, but by changing it in the game version, it opens up a plot hole about how they made it back to Earth safely after all being knocked out and then waking up in a hospital.

Divide - and Conquer - S1-E3

Stupidity: Medusa is the queen of the secret kingdom on the moon. She knows that they are very secretive and keep hidden from the humans on Earth who would have no idea who she is or that there are secret people on the moon. And yet in Hawaii, she walks up to an ATM and tries to demand by voice commands it give her money, saying, "I am Medusa of Attilan, and I need money." It is extremely stupid of her to think a random ATM in Hawaii would know who the secret queen of a secret moon base is.

Trivia: Originally, Megaman 1 was intended to have 8 Robot Masters, which would become the standard starting with Mega Man 2, but they had to reduce it to 6 due to limitations at the time. One of the cut Masters would have been Bond Man, a robot who used glue as his main attack. He was later planned to be included in the Powered Up remake of Megaman 1, but they went with Oil Man instead.

Trivia: There's an Easter egg for Shademan's stage. If you hold down the B button when selecting his stage, the Ghosts 'n Goblins theme will play instead of Shademan's theme during the level.

Continuity mistake: In the shot of Teedo on his speeder with his two raider buddies chasing Rey, the paint and details on his speeder bike have shifted and changed since we saw his speeder sitting atop the dune, largely with where the paint has worn or peeled off. Also, the round structure on the back gains an extra detail like a hollow part in the metal. (00:01:09)

BB-8 Bandits - S1-E2

Plot hole: After Rey escapes on her speeder, Teedo yells for the other two raiders to chase her. They're then shown starting up their own speeder bikes right beside the downed walker. However, the bikes couldn't have been there earlier, when the raiders first sneak up behind Rey; they're on foot and make no sound. If the speeder bikes had been that close, Rey would have easily heard or seen them before taking off. It is impossible for them to suddenly have their own speeder bikes at the feet of the walker without Rey having heard the approach sooner. (00:01:01)

Continuity mistake: Mark tells Frank that one day the time will be right, and Frank is standing with his arms down at his side. Then in the next shot, his right arm is up more, with his hand propped on The Box on the table. (00:13:49)

Continuity mistake: When Mark tells Frank that they are arresting people over putting his art on walls, Frank drops the photo he is holding into The Box on the table. Then, a couple of shots later, it's suddenly in his hand again. (00:13:40)

Trivia: To get the pale, colorless skin of the programs in the cyberworld, all the footage of the actors was filmed in black and white/grey scale, with the neon colors added in post production.

Trivia: The sound that the Identity Disks make when being thrown was the recorded sounds of yelling monkeys filtered through a Fairlight CMI synthesizer. This same synth was also used on the director's cat to make the low growls the MCP makes in the background.
