Continuity mistake: In the cut scene where The Charred Council are assigning The Watcher to War, The Watcher starts to torture War and he slumps over, digging his hand into the dirt, breaking large chunks of it up and leaving trails. But once the cut scene ends and he's standing in that same spot, the ground around him shows no sign of this.

Continuity mistake: The Apocalypse/Mayhem: After War gets drained again after stabbing out Straga's eye and another cut scene starts, Straga back hands War hard with his giant hand. It shows War start to fly straight back down the street, but when the angle changes suddenly War is flying to the right of Straga.

Continuity mistake: Deadpool turns all but the last dial on his stove to the max setting in one shot, but in the next they are all turned different directions and the last one is turned as well.

Ready Player One mistake picture

Continuity mistake: As the camera pans over to the box holding the Orb of Osuvox, there is a large yellow weapon with an ammo drum sitting to the right of the box. Under the stock of this weapon is a red piece of metal or glass. When Sorrento bends down to open the box and pull the orb out, this piece of metal or glass vanishes. (00:32:15)

Ready Player One mistake picture

Continuity mistake: Surrento is meeting with I-R0k to get the orb and I-R0k holds up the Steam Punk Pirate King's head. In the close up as he holds the head up, its somewhat above him and close. When the angle changes in the next shot, suddenly he's holding it almost level with his own head and further out. (00:31:55)

Ready Player One trivia picture

Trivia: Sorrento goes into the Oasis to meet with I-R0k to get the artifact from him. When he emerges from the portal, there is a downed space craft in flames behind him. This is one of the alien space ships from the original 1953 War of the Worlds film. These ships known as "The Flying Machines" or "Tripods". (00:31:00)

Bug: The Apocalypse/Mayhem: After War's power is zapped from him again before he can deliver a finishing blow to Straga, you have control of War again for a couple seconds before Straga attacks in another cut scene. War is slumped over walking at a slow speed as you can move him and his feet move in a forward walking animation... even when you're walking backwards.

Revealing mistake: The Apocalypse/Mayhem: When fighting Straga, he reaches down into the pit of lava he's standing in and throws cars at you that he pulls from there. Only these cars he pulls out of the lava look perfectly fine, with tires, paint, windows and everything still in tact despite being submerged in molten rock.

Continuity mistake: In the opening cut scene, a young Albert Wily is holding the prototype Double Gear system comfortably in one hand, showing its size. Years later at the start of the game when Dr. Light is holding the repaired prototype in his hand, it's noticeably bigger. About twice as big as he holds it in both hands.

Revealing mistake: Dr. Wily activates the speed gear in his pod and flies over Auto, Roll, Dr. Light, and Rock to snatch up the robots at high speed. Auto is on the ground on his knees looking up at the other robots behind the group. As the screen is fading to white, just before it finishes, Auto is still visible when suddenly his character model snaps into a standing upright position shivering which is what his position would be after the fade to white disappears and the screen is normal. It seems the developers had intended the fade to white to mask the sudden change in positions of Auto's body, but it was still visible.

Mega Man 11 mistake picture

Other mistake: In a lot of older games, a 2D sprite would just be flipped showing a character turning around, so older games it would be normal to have an item in a character's left hand but turn around and it be in the right. However this game is a 2.5 D game with 3D characters and most of them don't have this issue. Like Auto having a hook like extension as his right hand with it staying consistent to his right if he turns around. However when Rock (MegaMan) rushes in after Dr. Wily breaks in, he has a vacuum like broom device in his right hand. When Dr. Wily lifts off out of there, Rock turns around and suddenly the broom jumps to his left hand, staying towards the screen. You even see it stay in his right hand as he's turning but then suddenly jumps to his other hand.

Other mistake: At the beginning when Dr. Light, Roll, and Auto are running checkups and maintenance on the other robots, they are first checking over BlockMan. However the computer Auto is at typing and running tests shows readouts for MegaMan, not BlockMan.

Audio problem: For the most part, the English audio is matched up pretty well with the mouth movements of the characters in cut scenes. However after Auto asks Dr. Light to give his "favorite assistant" a break, Roll replies with a funny remark saying she doesn't need a break. However when she bends over her mouth starts moving up and down a couple times before you ever hear her voice.

Revealing mistake: Charles is cutting a letter into his arm with a knife towards the beginning. However it's obvious the knife is fake and the blood is coming out of the top of the knife onto his skin like an ink pen on paper.

Audio problem: In the opening cut scene, after the committee decides to go with Thomas Light's research and block Wily's it shows Wily holding his Double Gear prototype close to his face as he looks at it and shouts "Why?" You can then hear the audio sounds of him slamming the device down and breaking it but the image holding still just shows him looking at it while he continues speaking. Only after he asks why they are so blind, it fades to black and then another still image of him walking away with the device now smashed into pieces on the floor.

Audio problem: Engineer: Taunt Dueling Banjos: If you view the this taunt in the inventory and inspect it, the music will get stuck in a loop and play forever until you leave the game or use a console command to reset the sound.

Audio problem: Engineer: Taunt Dueling Banjos: Sometimes when using the alt fire or primary fire buttons to change the speed of the Engi playing, will cause the music to stop with only silence. This can be fixed by leaving the taunt and activating it again.

Bug: Engineer: Taunt Dueling Banjos: Sometimes the bale of hay that the Engineer sits on for this taunt won't even spawn, making the Engi just sitting on thin air playing his Banjo.

Bug: Engineer: Taunt Dueling Banjos: If you alt fire while using this taunt, which causes the Engineer to speed up his playing of the Banjo and makes his fingers start smoking, and then suicide with the console command, upon respawn the smoke will still stay on the Engineer's hand.
