Continuity mistake: Right at the start after they dock with the escape pod, three people enter and Kanelo calls out for Franklin. The guy behind Kanelo shines his flashlight to the right of the screen, but when it cuts to a close up of him, suddenly he's shining it towards the left of the screen. (00:03:15)

Audio problem: Spy: The Spy has a voice response trigger sometimes when getting hit by the Sniper's Jarate (jar of piss), where when he sees it's all over his nice suit he yells "Jarate!? Nooooooooo." This same voice response will sometimes be triggered if they spy is hit with the Scout's Mad Milk, even though it's not Jarate.

Trivia: The dream sequence where Sarah sees the nuclear bomb go off and destroys the city, is still regarded as the most accurate depiction of the devastation a nuke would cause to a city and people ever put on film.

Continuity mistake: While talking in his kitchen, Tom's phone is sitting next to a glass that is by Hallie's arm. When he steps forward and it shows a close up of him reaching for the phone, suddenly it's moved over to the left a bit and turned crooked. (01:01:20)

Continuity mistake: Tom and Hallie are talking in his kitchen about Slender Man after she freaked out during them trying to have sex. He backs up against the island and his left arm goes up behind his back resting on the top of it as he's blurred in the background. The angle cuts to a wide shot and suddenly his arm is down at his side. (01:01:00)

Continuity mistake: After Chloe disappears, a boy stops Hallie and talks to her by a fence around a baseball field. In one shot the fence is unbroken behind her and they don't move from their spot, but a couple of shots later suddenly there is a gap in the fence behind Hallie. (00:44:45)

Continuity mistake: After Chloe runs off into the woods and the other two girls finally find her after she's had her run in with Slender Man, they are shining the flashlight in her eyes and asking her questions. In one shot her eyes are still open as she gazes near blankly off in the distance. When it cuts to a close up and suddenly her eyes are tightly squinted shut. (00:38:45)

Audio problem: At the babysitter house, her boyfriend Dave goes out and finds a motorcycle in the garage to the side of the house. He goes in and starts it, revving up the engine loudly. Several shots while he's doing this show the babysitter and the boy sitting in the boy's room reading and they are unable to hear the motorcycle that's blasting its engines loudly. However, moments later when Michael stabs her in that room and she screams, he is able to hear her scream through the house, through the closed front doors, through the yard and into the garage where he was trying to pick the motor cycle back up. How was he able to hear her scream through all that but they couldn't hear the bike which was considerably louder?

Continuity mistake: In the basement when the girls are talking, one mentions to Chloe that she and Carl would make an adorable couple. Chloe's left arm is stretched up above her head in this shot. But in the next shot when she corrects her on the guy's name, it's suddenly down by her lap. (00:06:10)

Stupidity: The creatures in the maze make it inside the living area after the gates open and some of the heroes hide in the corn field. While that alone isn't the smartest thing... one of them keeps a lit torch in their hand burning brightly at night while trying to hide from these creatures.

Continuity mistake: After Mario is victorious and is lying back down in his lawn chair, watching the mushroom cloud, he's back in his swim trunks with Cheep Cheep fish on it. An extra Cheep Cheep appears on his left leg by his crotch that was not there at the start of the episode. (00:15:20 - 00:18:10)

Continuity mistake: Mario's gloves and hands get skinned up by Sonic's spin attack during the free fall. And when Sonic's severed foot lands in Mario's hands, the damage is visible. But in the next shot when he starts jumping for joy, holding the foot, his hands are visible and his gloves suddenly look spotless and brand new. (00:18:05)

Mario VS Sonic (Nintendo VS Sega) - S5-E13

Continuity mistake: After Mario throws Sonic down, exploding him into a mushroom cloud, Mario shakes his scraped up hands and looks at them. In this shot his hands have some distance between each other. But in the next shot from over his shoulders, suddenly his hands are right next to each other. Also, the damage to his gloves change between shots slightly in some areas. Most notable is his left thumb. In the first shot, there are two separate holes there, one on his thumb and another next to it on his palm. But in the over the shoulder shot, the holes are joined as one big hole. (00:18:00)

Continuity mistake: After they start free falling from orbit, Sonic thrusts himself towards Mario to attack him, and Mario has his body tilted while upside down so that his head is leaning towards his left side. But in the next shot as Sonic draws near, Mario is flipped so he's leaning to his right side towards Sonic. (00:17:40)

Continuity mistake: After using the Chaos Emeralds to go Hyper Sonic, suddenly Sonic's shoes get buckles on the sides of them. But after Hyper mode wears off and you see Sonic falling through the atmosphere, his shoes are back to how they were before with no buckles on the outside edges. When Sonic hits the beach and explodes into a mushroom cloud, his severed leg and foot lands in Mario's hands, and the buckle reappears on Sonic's dead foot. (00:17:45)

Continuity mistake: Mario kicks Sonic away in the lawn chair and the chair lands on the beach open but sideways. The folding back of the chair is extended fully back open while it's in this position. Then when the hordes of cat Marios are mauling Sonic, the camera pulls back to show the lawn chair again with a seagull perched on top of it. Suddenly the back of the chair is partly folded in now, despite it being in the same position. Also the small alcove of trees in the distance is suddenly much further away. And yes, the bird does move the chair later and is seen sitting in it, but at this point it has not, and is just perched on top. (00:15:30 - 00:16:40)

Revealing mistake: Except when Sonic picks up a handful and throws it in Mario's face at the start of the fight, neither character has any effect on the sandy beach around them. Sonic even runs circles around Mario at super speeds with no effect on the soft sand. (00:15:45)

Continuity mistake: When the fight starts and Sonic starts to charge at Mario, the lawn chair that was behind Sonic disappears off the beach, as does Mario's umbrella. (00:15:40)
