Continuity mistake: The garage door is broken at the start of the episode, dissolved partly through and falls down. Then at the party, an exterior shot shows the door fine and intact once more, but moments later when Morty is in the garage with a girl, the door is broken again.

Trivia: At the end of the episode, Peter shows he has one brain cell left. Inside his head, it shows the brain cell alone with glasses and saying he has time to read his books before leaning over. The glasses fall off and break, where he starts to cry that he had time to read them now but can't. This is a direct reference to this same thing happening in the 8th episode of season 1 of Twilight Zone where the last man alive breaks his glasses before he can read all the books he wants. Continuity mistake: Towards the end of the movie, when Josh and Holly are trying to escape in the car, a mutant is on the roof and starts melting its hand through the windshield to get at Josh. The mutant is leaning over the windshield with its hand sticking through a hole it melted in the glass. In the next shot as they round a corner, the mutant is suddenly towards the back of the roof of the car, just holding on without attacking the windshield. In the next shot, the hole is gone also from the glass. (01:25:45)

Revealing mistake: After Andrea avoids the truck on the road, she is attacked in the woods by some walkers and pinned to a tree. After breaking free, she goes to stab a woman on the ground with her knife. But as she goes to strike, you can see the actress slowing her strike down "pulling the punch" and gently resting the blade on the walker's head instead of actually striking. (00:20:41)

Continuity mistake: When Kumar gets out of the car to go pee, Harold pulls out his laptop. As he is leaning forward to pick it up, he is not wearing his glasses. He picks up the laptop with both hands and starts to open it, never having his hands have time to put on glasses but suddenly he has glasses on.

Audio problem: Right after the Thermians become sad over the mention of Gilligan's Island, Alexander rolls his eyes and starts to turn away, while you can hear him saying "Oh brother." However his lips are not moving for this indicating the line was dubbed in.

Audio problem: Character: The Plague: This killer will often speak while in the menu in her native tongue of Babylonian, raising her hands and looking up in the sky. However, her mouth does not match her speaking at all as she merely just opens her mouth a little and leaves it that way.

Continuity mistake: As Batman is walking through Arkham, he passes the Riddler's cell. Riddler leans up against the glass of his door with his hands against the glass near his face and mouth. When the angle changes to behind Riddler, suddenly his hands and arms are down more to chest level with his right hand outstretched towards the side of the door. (00:07:02)

Continuity mistake: After talking with Bullock on the roof, Batman is in his vehicle and talking to Hugo. On the screen, Hugo lifts up a glass to his mouth to take a drink, but when the camera cuts to a close up of the screen, suddenly his arm is lower, and he is once again lifting the glass to his face. Factual error: It's common in movies and shows, and even games sometimes, to see characters effortlessly lifting manhole covers. Usually when climbing out from them or even just walking up and lifting them with bare hands. In the case of the TMNT, where they have enhanced strength, it's a little more believable. However, in real life these lids are super heavy and usually require a crane or other heavy equipment to lift.

Revealing mistake: The character Sheriff Hardin is wearing a Sheriff's star badge on his chest. His coat has a flap on the opening that overlaps it a little causing the badge to clip through his jacket half-way.

Continuity mistake: As the truck is driving away with the Chicken on top waving, the ladder on the back has vanished that Peter had been hanging off moments before.

Deliberate mistake: This mistake/trick was revealed in the second DVD commentary on the film. When Bond is underwater in the ship with the flare, this flare does not behave realistically. If they had used real flares, it would have put too much smoke and dirt in the water and quickly made it too murky to see or film through. So the flare used was a special effects prop of a bright light with bubbles being fed through it to give a good effect, but is not how a real flare would be under water. (01:08:25)

Audio problem: After the engines of the stealth boat are stopped, Bond is walking around with a sub machine gun and his pistol. His pistol has a large silencer/suppressor on it. A man tries to ambush him on a later and Bond turns and fires his pistol at him several times. Despite the suppressor, the gun makes the full sound of the shots. (01:45:14)
