Continuity mistake: At the awards ceremony, one little girl is given a medal and recognized for her devotion to His Shadow and their religion, the medal having a flashy red ribbon and held around her neck. A couple minutes later after Thodin's Bug Bomb causes damage to the hologram projectors, it cuts back to the ceremony again with a different kid being awarded. The same girl from before is standing behind them, and is missing their medal. She did not take it off, as only a couple of shots later as the Cluster Lizards are unleashed into the room with them, she turns to run and has the medal around her neck again. (00:36:50 - 00:38:45)

Continuity mistake: When Thodin shouts to the crowds saying they are all slaves, the badge on his jacket is on the right side with the visible green screen on the right, with the badge being on the that same side later. This indicates that the previous time we see him in the same looking shot with the badge and visible green screen on the other side was a flipped shot. (00:33:55 - 00:37:25)

Continuity mistake: In the establishing shot of the transport that carries the children whom are to be awarded Honors by His Shadow, it shows the doors on their transport with a bright red light of the control panel on the right side of the door. But in the close up after the door opens, the red light is on the left side of the door. (00:36:10)

Continuity mistake: After the Bug Bomb lands on the cable the first time, it's sitting parallel to the cable as it folds its wings back. It cuts to a different view closer up and suddenly it's partly hanging off the side of the cable. Also the scanner it has instantly appears under its head between shots. (00:35:10)

Continuity mistake: When the Bug Bomb flies through the conduit and finds the location of the cables it needs to destroy, it comes in and lands on a cable. In the shot of it landing, it is perpendicular to the cable, but it cuts to a close up and suddenly the Bug Bomb is instantly sitting along the cable parallel. This same mistake happens again when the Bug Bomb lands on the cable for the second time after it malfunctions. (00:35:05)

Revealing mistake: When Stanley doesn't make it back to the correctional facility in time and is locked out, it triggers his fugitive status for failing to turn himself in. Behind him and all through out the base, his image appears on screens along the walls like wanted posters. Only a little bit before as he is running down the hall trying to get back to the correctional facility in time, he passes by one of these screens and you can see this same image of him already on the screen but dim. Revealing that the production team already had the image set and ready to turn a back lighting on to reveal the image at the appropriate time. (00:34:00)

Audio problem: As Stanley is running towards the correction facility to not be late, there are several shots of the clock on the wall with the green bars ticking down. There is an audible tick every time a bar counts off. In one shot, we see it count down to having just 2 bars left, but it cuts back to Stanley running and we hear 3 clicks. When it cuts back to the clock there are still 2 bars left. Also in an earlier shot when the clock is off screen we hear more clicks than we see of bars having vanished when it cuts back to the clock. (00:34:00)

Continuity mistake: As Stanley is racing back to the correctional facility, it shows the clock counting down and reaching the last bar. Then the last green bar clearing with the face of the clock turning full yellow. It then cuts to a view of the guard at the corrections desk looking up at the clock, and suddenly it's back to one green bar and then turning yellow again. (00:34:05)

Continuity mistake: Peter back flips off his moped to avoid the car racing at him. There were cop cars and other vehicles behind that car when Peter jumps, but when he lands only one cop car goes past in the lane next to him and the lane he's standing in is then clear of traffic as he talks to some kids.

Fantastic 4 Rise of Silver Surfer - S11-E37

Revealing mistake: When Rob grabs Critic and Malcolm and shoves their heads out the door to see that the world is on fire, both before and after it shows the clip of a city burning you can see in Malcolm's sunglasses the reflection of the perfectly fine and normal suburban street. But they should be looking at a burning city. (00:01:30)

Visible crew/equipment: While the Holo Prosecutor is reading off Thodin's charges, there is a close up of Thodin in his walker as he smirks at some of them. At the top left corner of the screen, the green screen stage is visible. (00:33:55)

Continuity mistake: As the Holo Prosecutor begins to read off Thodin's charges, she is facing towards the right of screen and holding the paper in her left hand. A moment later in a wide angle shot of the stadium, her image has been flipped with her now facing to the left with the paper in her right hand. (00:33:50)

Continuity mistake: When Stanley is running down the hall and he and the Bug Bomb accidentally cross paths, he swats it out of the air. It hits the ground damaged with one leg breaking off and it lying on its side. A minute later when it boots back up and starts to get up, it's in a different position, with its other legs up in the air now and the broken one changing. Also the design of its head seems to change. (00:33:25 - 00:34:35)

Continuity mistake: When the Bug Bomb is crawling out of Thodin's nose, it's design and body shape is noticeably different than when seen in closes ups later while on electrical components searching for a signal, especially the head. Also going by scaling of the floor when Stanley swats it to the ground as well as when it's visible flying around Stanley's head, the size of it is bigger after it leaves Thodin's nose and would not have fit. Continuity mistake: When Thodin is set down in the stadium, the Holo Prosecutor appears as a hologram with dimensions. But in the shot when the screen appears with the trainer on it, the Holo Prosecutor is suddenly show to also be shown through a screen with her regular hologram gone, then moments later she is a hologram once more. I just remembered a movie I saw a few years ago. I want to say it came out in the mid 00's but it might have been later or even earlier. I think it was about some kids living in an underground civilization in a city that was built to help them survive long enough for the nuclear waste lands that were now the Earth's surface to become inhabitable again. But for some reason they had stayed underground for thousands of years longer than they were supposed to and the city was starting to malfunction and becoming a danger. I seem to also remember giant mutant moles causing them problems also. And in the end of the film they get to the surface and are surprised to find that it's covered in green plant life and perfectly suitable for life now. What movie was this?

Continuity mistake: After the scene where Doomsday kills a bear and some campers, Lois is seen walking across the street to the Daily Planet and talks to Cat. The lines on the street change between shots with the solid white line vanishing for just some dotted lines. And also cars appear on the other side of the street Lois just walked from that were not parked there in the previous shot. (00:38:00)

Continuity mistake: At the campsite, Doomsday grabs the bear and kills it, splattering blood on the girl's face. When she peaks her head out of her tent to see what happened, the amount of blood on her lessens, and the blood streaks under her eyes go from horizontal to large dots on her cheeks. (00:37:35)

Continuity mistake: In the space shuttle, as the astronauts are preparing to leave and avoid the asteroid, the one in the front left seat is fiddling around with some controls and raises and lowers his arm. It is a smooth animation of his arm each time it moves. He lowers it back down and then the one behind him mentions the bay doors are still open, and then suddenly the guy in front's arm just jumps back up to its previous position instantly like a jump cut. Continuity mistake: Superman drops Lois off at the Daily Planet and some civilians approach him wanting to take his picture with their cellphones, but he flies off. In the foreground, a black man in a green jacket and a white woman in a red dress walk towards him with their phones up. In the next shot as Superman shoots up into the sky, their phones vanish from their hands as they are looking up at him. (00:10:55)
