Character mistake: Once Santino and Ares find John again in the hall of mirrors, John is fighting two of the grunt men that came in with Ares and kills them. Both of which had light assault rifles and weapons on them. John and Ares proceed to empty their pistols out at each other before she runs off with Santino. John then throws his empty pistol away and gets up to pursue his target unarmed and while limping. It is unreasonable to think that someone with his skill and training and experience would not take two seconds to reach down and pick up one of the guns dropped by the two men he just killed before chasing after his target, especially given the highly trained body guard with him accompanying his target. As well as probable encounters with more grunts. To add to this, he was seen doing just this moments before when he had limited ammo and each time he'd down a few enemies he would pick up one of their guns and continue. (01:41:30)

Continuity mistake: When John and Cassian see each other through the fountain, they start to shoot at each other when the water comes back up. You hear the civilians around them start to scream and panic, but when the next shot cuts to John shooting through the water, the civilians are walking casually around calmly as if nothing is going on, but then in the next shot they are all running frantically. Continuity mistake: In the 3 wheeled vehicle, Bennie is driving and Conner says "Women do not go for that whole constipated Debbie Downer look." A shot shows Bennie's hair blowing wildly in the wind, then cuts to a view from Conner and suddenly Bennie's hair is straight and still, then cuts again and once again his hair is blowing. Revealing mistake: In the Kitchen of Barber's Mansion, when you put the canteen under the water spout to fill it with water, you can see the sprite of the canteen is just put over the top of the water animation, as the water is visible underneath it.

Continuity mistake: In the opening cutscene, when the mechanical bird, Mathew, shows a projection video display, it is in full color. But any other time during actual game play and cut scenes, the projection from Mathew is a grainy black and white.

Revealing mistake: Last Man Standing: If two fugitives are in the van and you pan the camera around to the front, birth fugitives can he seen sitting in their seats. If the player in the passenger sear presses X or whatever key they have bind to the taunt communication, the passenger fugitive can be seen dancing in his seat with his legs and waste going through it and through the van. He sits stationary on the other communications. If you look closely when at the right angle, the same happens for the driver.

Bug: Sometimes after pulling the pin on a grenade, the player character will inexplicably still keep holding the grenade without throwing it even after the mouse button is released. The player must repeatedly press the button few times to finally trigger the animation and throwing of the grenade.

Bug: Sometimes, but rarely, and usually after a lag spike upon death, a player will spawn with no weapons visible from the first person perspective after spawning. They are unable to shoot or change weapons and cam only run around and jump until killed again.

Question: General Joe says he wants some of his own men in the mission. You see them when they are making the plan and the are other old men. They don't really do much if anything during the actual battle. Who are they?

Revealing mistake: On Escort matches, any time the tank goes under a walkway, you can see the antennas sticking up through the floor moving through it like a shark fin.

Continuity mistake: Melinda calls Deliah early in the morning. Her husband just said it was 4:10 and she called her friend who also said it was 4:10. Deliah looks at the clock and confirms the time. But as the camera pulls back, the minutes on the clock are visible, showing 22.

Continuity mistake: Lex runs from Dark Superman into the Rumpus room again and raises his hand to the control panel. It then cuts to a close view and suddenly his arm and hand are lower instantly. (00:59:55)

Continuity mistake: When Lex is running way from Dark Superman after the clone lab is destroyed, he runs down the same hallway that Lois and Jimmy came through moments before. The pattern of the tiles on the floor is different between these times. (00:56:25 - 00:59:45)
