Factual error: When the multiple vehicles are chained together and latched onto the helicopter, the chopper starts lifting up hard enough so that most of the vehicles are off the ground with the lead one only touching by the front wheels. The driver then hits NOS in the car to super charge the front wheels. We see them spin on the dirt road and pull the other cars down bringing the chopper down. However this defies almost every law of physics. With the cars lifted up and the weight taken off the front wheels of that vehicle, and it being on dirt with no spikes, there's no way it would have the traction to pull the chopper down at all. Continuity mistake: In the fight with the ninjas where Lu and Cage are fighting 3 guys each while Sonya only fights one, there's a shot where Cage grabs a guy with a spear extended out by his right arm. In the next shot, it's on his left side instead.

Other mistake: The Huntress: If you wear the Forest Eagle-Owl Skull head piece on Huntress, with the Red Sarafan body, the vale on the head dress will clip through the fur coat part on Huntress' back as she turns her head.

Continuity mistake: After David has sent his daughter texts asking since when does she not text at school, it shows he's in a video conference with some other people split onto 3 screens on his computer. The image of his boss above and the image of the 3 people to the left of David's video never changes. However, upon cutting to closer or further angles of David's video, it frequently switches back and froth from a mirrored image or not. Continuity mistake: After Walt and Junior are about to go see Hank's mineral collection, Hank's front door is still open. The camera cuts to Hank for a moment as he turns his wheelchair to move down the hall and Walt and Junior soon follow. In the next shot, suddenly the front door has closed by itself. There was not enough time for Walt to have closed it and it would have been heard if he did.

Continuity mistake: Whenever you see Pacha raise his arms or angles where you can see his undershirt under his green tunic, his undershirt is the same brown as his skirt/kilt and matches it. But in scenes where he takes his tunic off, his undershirt becomes white.

Ghost Rider VS Lobo (Marvel VS DC) - S6-E10

Audio problem: When Ghost Rider drives up and points at Lobo, he starts speaking. His mouth is moving, but when it cuts to a different angle just before Lobo runs him over, his mouth is now not moving while he's still speaking.

Bug: The spawn point of the hatch is already pre-determined at the start of the match, it just won't become visible at all until certain perimeters/deaths are met. But if a survivor disconnects, and their body happens to be lying on the spot where the hatch is going to spawn, it prevents it from opening for the last survivor. You will still hear the sound of the hatch, but neither the survivor can interact with it, nor can the killer shut it. It won't even appear, you can just hear it under the dead body of the disconnect.

Bug: Haddon Field: Lamkin Lane. There are several police cars around the map with flashing red and blue lights. These light up various areas. But if you go down into the basement and look at the walls, the flashing lights are reflecting on the walls of the underground basement despite the cars being up on the street way above and out of the house.

Continuity mistake: When George's wife asks him what made him drive all the way out here, their car is on the back of a large dinosaur at that moment. When it cuts to a closer angle for his reply, suddenly they are on a dirt road.

Bug: Haddon Field: Lamkin Lane. Often times when looking in the general direction of one of the police cars, the lights on top will appear to be shooting lasers at you in an odd lighting bug.

Continuity mistake: In the car driving after seeing Saul, Skyler tells Walt "This is what happens when you decide to pay the bills with drug money" The shot from behind shows Walt's head completely in the shadows. When it cuts to a closer angle, suddenly he has light around his head and part of his neck with only a small shadow cast on him.

Continuity mistake: When Jesse and Andrea are making out on the couch, they discuss having a bear. And she mentions she's cleaned out of anything else. During this sentence, they are positioned where Jesse is leaning forward looking down at her. But mid sentence there is a cut, and suddenly he's leaning his head back with her looking down at him.

Audio problem: After Walt Jr and Skylar leave the room, Marie starts to leave. The camera is focused on Hank once she walks off screen and you can hear the sound of the door closing behind her. It then cuts to showing her suddenly just getting to the door and opening it to walk out.
