Continuity mistake: After Blade's bullet curves back and gets Buffy in the back of the leg, she falls to her knees and is shown being some considerable distance away from the bar. Then, a couple of shots later, as she starts to get up, she's suddenly much closer to the bar. (00:22:44)

Continuity mistake: After Buffy slashes Blade's gun with her axe, it shows the bullet thing fly back and then turn around to go back and hit her in the leg. But if you watch in the background, Buffy is there out of focus and blurry but is shown still bringing her axe around in the air with her arms up at an angle. Then in the next shot, suddenly her arms are down with her holding her axe at her side in a ready position. (00:22:38)

Continuity mistake: After they get out of the restroom, Blade throws Buffy towards the bar, and we see the counter of the bar from two angles between shots. Between these shots, the items on the bar in front of Buffy change to different and more items, with it mostly just being a single candle and a cup in the first shot, but then more cups, a cloth, and a bottle in the next. Continuity mistake: After Blade and Buffy square off in the bathroom and have a bit of quote banter, she throws her left arm and fist down as if getting ready to go for an uppercut with that arm and her right is balled up next to her face. Then it cuts to a close-up and suddenly her left fist is back up next to her face balled up and her right hand is outstretched like she's grabbing at Blade. (00:22:10)

Continuity mistake: After Buffy pulls the knife out of her shoulder, she headbutts Blade and her face is angled down, but then suddenly in the next shot their faces are close together and she's merely pushing Blade away. And it even almost looks like they were in a position to kiss in that shot. (00:21:59)

Continuity mistake: As Buffy starts to push Blade away and the knife comes out of her shoulder, Blade starts to strain, clenching his mouth and pursing his lips together tightly. Then, in the next shot, suddenly his mouth is open and he's looking at her in surprise. (00:21:57)

Continuity mistake: Just before Blade starts to push his knife into Buffy's shoulder, it shows him not touching her yet, with an inch or two of space between the knife and her body still. Then, in the next shot, the tip is already touching her. Also, Blade's facial expression changes between shots from almost calm to grimacing with strain. (00:21:46)
Suggested correction: Pretty sure it's simply meant to be some slightly quickened time progression. Though it could have been portrayed better.

Continuity mistake: Blade pushes Buffy up against the wall and is slowly pushing his knife closer and closer to her chest as she's trying to resist him. Between shots, the position of his thumb changes from being across his index finger to pressed into it, and the angle he's holding the knife also slightly changes from more vertical to almost horizontal. Continuity mistake: After Buffy is kicked into a bathroom stall and is sitting on the toilet, she drops her wooden stake into the bowl and then reaches up with her arm to try and grab Blade's arm from his next attack. Then in the next shot, her arm is suddenly in a blocking position before only then trying to grab Blade's arm. (00:21:22)

Visible crew/equipment: After kicking Buffy away and she hits a smiley face on the wall, Blade jumps at her and kicks off the wall to kick her again. If you look closely at the left side of the screen where the bathroom mirror is, you can briefly see a camera for a couple of frames filming the action just on the edge of the frame. The lighting in the bathroom makes it sort of hard to see. (00:21:16)

In the first shot, he spins and his back is fully facing Buffy, but then in the next shot he's suddenly still facing her and swinging his knife before just starting to spin. (00:20:56)

Continuity mistake: Blade kicks Buffy into the bathroom from the dark hallway, the bathroom having white, black and red colouring and patterns with the hallway having solid black walls. So when Blade kicks her in, and enters, the wall behind him should still be the black hall walls. Yet in the shot of him entering the bathroom about to try and stab Buffy, it's more bathroom walls behind him and the door to the hall he just came from is gone. (00:20:45)

Then, when she's batting the jacket out of the way just before Blade kicks her, she's suddenly in a small hallway next to the stage by the bathroom. (00:20:43)

Continuity mistake: Blade goes to take off his jacket and he's seen clutching it with his right hand, and his arm still has its sleeve of the jacket fully on. Then in the next shot from overhead, as he starts to pull the jacket off, suddenly his right arm is completely bare with the jacket sleeve somehow suddenly already off. (00:20:41)

Continuity mistake: Buffy gets one of Blade's swords away from him, and as she's pulling it out of the jacket, her hand is halfway down the katana's handle almost exactly in the middle. Then in the next shot, as she's tossing the jacket back and getting into a stance, her hand is higher up on the handle touching the tsuba. (00:20:27)

Continuity mistake: Buffy gets one of Blade's swords by wrapping her jacket around his wrist and snagging the blade out of it. When she's first wrapping the jacket around the sword, it is covering her left hand fully; then, in the next shot, her hand is not covered at all. (00:20:24)
