Continuity mistake: In the overhead shot of the cat in the tree with the old lady, you can see the small stairs behind the lady with nothing beside them but a tree. It cuts to the cat in the tree then to the lady, and suddenly two trashcans appear beside the stairs under the window. The tree is not big enough to have covered both of them up in the previous shot. Continuity mistake: Jacob gets a call on his ear phone with a news report of Lougle going up on the market. It cuts to the other side as Lou is about to slap the hologram away and suddenly the logo for Lougle is replaced by a sign that says U-Street and has a large 95 under it. (00:31:25)

Question: Why did Urbani go to the trouble of framing Paganini of having intercourse with underage Charlotte? Rather than just let it happen and Paganini face the consequences anyways the same, he set it so he accidentally slept with a different girl and framed him for Charlotte which caused him and Charlotte to never get together. His career was going to have the same road with or without her, so why did he make it so Paganini suffered the same consequences of sleeping with Charlotte, but set it so Charlotte thought he was cheating and left him? I don't understand Urbani's motivations here since he pledged himself to serve Paganini, despite that Urbani is in fact the Devil or a demon.

Continuity mistake: When Paganini is telling Urbani he is done with him, each time the camera angle changes, the lighting on Urbani's head changes angles.

Character mistake: Throughout the entire series, the Turtles are referred to, by others and by themselves, as amphibians. But turtles are reptiles, not amphibians. However they are amphibious, amphibious reptiles.

The Mutation Situation - S2-E1
Trivia: At the very end of the episode, a squirrel drinks some mutigen and then suddenly looks back at the camera suddenly in a dramatic fashion. This is a reference to the" Dramatic Chipmunk" meme -the squirrel moves in the exact same way with similar music.

Continuity mistake: When we first see the old woman with her cat stuck in a tree, it's a higher angle showing the cat. This shot shows the cat is near the center of the tree on the left side of the tree, right where the tree splits off into two even sides. But then it cuts to a close up of the cat, and suddenly the cat is further out on a much smaller branch, and now on the other side of the tree as can tell by the way the limb is shaped. (00:49:55)

Continuity mistake: Once Lois arrives at the scene of Toyman's death, she sees the police car he is on with people all around but no barricades. Then when the camera shows a top down view after she walks away, suddenly there are police barricades all around blocking people away. (00:49:25)

Continuity mistake: When Lois pushes her way through a crowed to see where Toyman was killed, she pushes buy a blond guy with a camera that has a badge like thing attached to his shirt, my guess is a press pass. After she sees Jimmy on the other side and then it cuts back to her, suddenly the press pass on this guy has changed shape slightly and is smaller, and lower down on his shirt. (00:49:15)

Continuity mistake: In the shot where Toyman hits the police car and is killed by Dark Superman, there is the police crest on the door and the headlights have no distinguishable blinkers. It cuts to Superman flying off then back to Toyman and now the door is blank, and the headlights have blinkers. Also another police car appears behind the vehicle that was not there. (00:48:45)

Continuity mistake: After Superman wakes up and sees the robot reviving him, the camera pulls back to a far shot to show him on an operating table with a machine beside him on each side, and a board with digital display behind the robot. When it cuts to Superman's perspective of the robot, the machine to his left changes shape some, and the display on the board is a little different, most noticeably the part in the bottom middle has a pointed corner instead of a cut off corner. Continuity mistake: When Superman first wakes up back at the Fortress of Solitude after his body is recovered by his robot, the first thing be sees is the robot looking down at him. In that shot, the 4 lines that form the robot's mouth are much thicker than any time before, and they are unevenly spaced and shaped. (00:47:10)

Continuity mistake: After Lex discovers Superman's body is missing, the scene changes to Superman's robot having his body in a revival chamber, healing him. There are pipes and a panel on the side of the container. When it cuts to the robot, then back to the chamber from a different angle, there is now more space between the panel and the pipes. And now the pipes are not bending to go straight down but diagonally to the left towards a machine. (00:46:15)

The Mutation Situation - S2-E1
Plot hole: The Krang ship carrying the shipment of mutigen is small, about a scout class ship. And it is seen flying past April and only a little bit above the top of the lower buildings in the city. The turtles have time to fight for a bit allowing the ship to get quite far away from April and her father. Yet Mikey accidentally causes all the canisters of mutigen to fall out of a hole in the floor and most are seen falling directly straight down towards the street, the ship being only about 5 to 8 stories above the ground. Yet somehow when it cuts to April seeing this, suddenly the sky is full of and raining canisters all over the city. And if cuts to her face even showing them raining down behind her. Which makes no sense because of how low the ship was, the canisters falling directly straight down in a tight cluster, and the ship having passed April a while back.
