Continuity mistake: After Xev and Stanley get on the Special Projects elevator, it cuts to Giggerota finding The Lexx. She looks up to see a Cluster Lizard rolling along a walkway towards The Lexx. It cuts back to her for not even a second and then shows her climbing out on to the walkway and start walking along it with the camera angle the same as when it shown the Lizard, only now it's completely vanished. Though you can still hear the sound of it rolling. (00:54:00)

Audio problem: The little RC claw thing that 790 takes control of starts following Xev and Stanley around as they carry his head. In most shots when it's seen moving it has the loud electronic engines moving it's wheels and a bell sound heard. However when they are going down a hall holding 790 up to several control panels and he's telling them access denied, it is still following them on screen but is completely quiet. (00:53:15)

Continuity mistake: Once 790 opens the door for Xev and Stanley, they come face to face with a couple of Cluster Lizards. Stanley grabs Xev by the shoulders and his left hand shows his fingers wrapped around her shoulder. In the next shot from in front though, his fist is balled and behind her shoulder. (00:48:00)

Continuity mistake: When the 1255s draw their weapons on Xev and Stanley once they corned at a door, Xev grabs Stanley to use him as a human shield and in that shot the 1255s are not reflected in the glass of the door. It cuts back to the robots as they fire their plasma blasts and then back to Xev and Stanley moving out of the way and suddenly the 1255s are seen reflected in the glass of the door. (00:46:55)

Continuity mistake: After Xev starts to run from the 1255s and it shows Stanley walking towards a door. There is a wanted screen of his picture on the right side as he turns around. When the camera cuts to a different angle, the screen suddenly jumps to the other side of the hallway. (00:46:35)

Continuity mistake: After Xev kicks the 790 head away and she walks off, 790 controls a small claw vehicle ground thing to come to him. It drives with the claw at the back moving forward towards 790. But in the shot of it pulling up and stopping at 790, it's suddenly turned 180° with the claw side moving forward. (00:45:50)

Continuity mistake: When Xev first bumps into Stanley in a hallway, she is met by two larger 1255 robots and she is walking along the side of the hall right next to the wall. But it cuts to a different angle and suddenly she's in the center of the hall. (00:46:05)

Continuity mistake: After the Cluster Lizard eats the body of a 790 in the chamber where Xev is being transformed into a sex slave, it tosses the 790's head onto a desk facing the camera. A couple of shots later as the 790's eyes turn on, the face design noticeably changes. With the holes appearing on the sides of the mouth and the cheek bone parts become sunken in with valleys. Also a smudge appears above the right eye. (00:43:45)

Continuity mistake: As Giggerota is being drawn near to the organ cutters, it shows the small spinning saws already out circling their respective organ guides. But then in other shots from behind as her table is approaching it shows the saws are not out yet. (00:42:55)

Continuity mistake: When Giggerota says she's about to die to Thodin, it shows her prisoner table almost right at the organ cutters, only a couple feet away and moving towards it. When Thodin decides to finally free her he takes his time breaking her free and the table is hardly moving. They have time for a brief quick banter when she refuses to help and then goes into the organ cutter and down the hole before the table reaches it. When the table in the previous shot showed it only being about 2 seconds away from the cutters. (00:43:05)

Continuity mistake: After Thodin frees his first man from the prisoner line, he and the guy go to free another one as Giggerota shouts at them to free her. The second guy puts his hands on the table wall thing that the third guy is tied to and has both hands on the front side of it. When it cuts to a different angle, his right hand is suddenly on the side on the handle and his left hand is much higher up. (00:42:45)

Continuity mistake: Once Giggerota is brought before the Holo Court, it shows a 790 Unit pushing the memory search machine towards her. When it cuts back to Thodin trying to free his men, the 790 Unit is still standing still by the Holo Court and hasn't even moved towards the machine yet. (00:42:00)

Continuity mistake: Once Thodin is free, he grabs a bar and starts trying to free one of his men and it shows Giggerota behind them not moving on the line. It then cuts to Giggerota and suddenly the line is moving with her being brought forward to the Holo Court. (00:41:55)

Continuity mistake: After Thodin's walker is removed from the stadium after the Cluster Lizards get out, you see it being lowered down back into the prisoner line where he meets the Giggerota. As it's being lowered down, there is a 790 Unit behind the walker. A couple of shots later as the walker is opening up, the 790 Unit has vanished. It then appears once more after Thodin gets up. Visible crew/equipment: When the computer frees Thodin from his walker and he starts to break free, on the right side of the screen that there is one of the film crew members crouched down on the ground behind him looking towards his direction. (00:41:40)

Audio problem: Right after the Cluster Lizard gets into where Xev is being held to change her body and mind and eats the 790 Unit, it cuts back to Stanley walking. Two larger robots come towards him and he swerves to avoid them, while you can hear their loud clunky footsteps. However the sounds of their steps do not match up with when they are stepping. Continuity mistake: When the first prisoner is put into the organ chopper thing, a splat of blood from him lands on Xev's face. It cuts to a shot of the prisoner's brain and other organs falling into the collection sink for a moment then back to Xev. And between these shots the blood splat on her face grows longer and moves up on her face and neck. (00:25:40)

Revealing mistake: When the Cluster Lizards invade the awards ceremony, one of them grabs a boy and drags him across the floor for a moment before it cuts to the lizard slinging him around devouring him. In that shot, it is painfully obvious that the cluster lizard is slinging around a dummy, and the dummy doesn't even have a head. (00:39:25)

Continuity mistake: Just before the Cluster Lizards are opened into the award ceremony, the Cleric standing at the front with the box full of medals is seen. And despite several medals already being given out, it shows the box with most of them still in it. Yet moments later just before the Cleric closes the box in a close up as the Lizards enter, the box is empty. Yet in the next shot he drops it and it hits the floor spilling out a ton of medals. Continuity mistake: When the Cluster Lizards are mistakenly unleashed into the awards ceremony by the Bug Bomb, a Cleric runs into the room screaming which causes the Cleric holding the box of medals to close the box and take off running as well. In the next shot you can see him running across the room with the closed box, but then it cuts to a different angle and suddenly he's only just now closing the box again and starts to run. (00:39:00)
