Bug: Twilight Cathedral: War comes across a room with three angel statues that each need a crystal sword placed in. After putting two in them, the door to the third is opened up and inside you fight another Undead Shield Lord. If you get the Undead Shield Lord to come at you and stand on the sides of the stone holding the Crystal Sword before you pull it from the ground, the enemy will get stuck in that spot and unable to move from there until you stun it away by breaking more armor.

Bug: Twilight Cathedral: In the room where you have to have columns come out of the lava at 3 different levels to reach a certain spots and get a bomb out of the lava in one, and get to a Crystal Sword. Once you raise the columns to the highest level and then go to the switch that raises the bomb, if you jump at it and try to glide into the opening, you are stopped by an invisible wall and unable to get through, however you still glide down to the ledge at the end of it but stay stuck hovering in the air like there's something there before the wings wear off. War is then stuck in the falling animation for a few seconds just hovering at the ledge before suddenly teleporting down and landing on the wall under him, just in the air where he shouldn't be able to stand.

Character mistake: On the mailbox where Linus delivers his letter, on the side of the Mailbox is written "U.S Mail." That should be on the letter, not the mailbox. There should also be a period after the S making it U.S. Mail.

Continuity mistake: In the car chase scene when Brock is on the motorcycle going through the city, you can see him pass by the same movie theater at least 3 different times in the chase showing they used the same street over and over while filming.

Bug: Sometimes, a phantom copy of your weapon will appear floating around you. It will move along with you and go into random weird position when changing weapons or attacking.

Continuity mistake: When Charlie Brown is with the others before he shows all the holes in his costume, he's holding it and it shows only 2 holes about where they should be. But then when he brings it up, it's covered in holes.

Other mistake: There is very little drawn correctly about the neighborhood as Lucy and Linus are walking through it in the beginning. There are houses dotted throughout, but all directly on the grass. There's no streets, no sidewalks, no driveways, and most don't even have a garage. However there is one random electric telephone pole they pass.

Continuity mistake: When the kids are looking through their bags to see what they were given, suddenly a new kid in a ghost costume suddenly appears with them saying he got a quarter - he wasn't with them before.

Continuity mistake: When Linus and Lucy are walking to the mailbox, he has a letter in his hand. For a couple frames this letter and his arm suddenly disappear before returning.

Continuity mistake: The Broken Stair: When the Trauma Demon shows up on the broken car bridge, he runs up and grabs a police car from where you just were and throws it at you. However, this police car can be destroyed by you before this even happens and it disappears. When the Trauma Demon shows up in the cut scene, suddenly the police car is there once more for it to grab.

Bug: The Choking Grounds: The lamp posts leading to a broken bridge behind Vulgrim's gazebo have a ledge by the lamp. If you jump on them just right, War gets locked in a falling animation over and over again like he's thrusting against the stone. The further you turn him towards Vulgrim's gazebo, the faster he does this.

Bug: The Crossroads: If a Wicked steps out of the window at the bank just right, it can get stuck in mid air in a walking animation unable to move to a new spot. It will rotate it's position to look at you as it tries to get to you, but it can't move from that spot without help from your weapons attacking it.

Continuity mistake: When Brandon's dad is telling him about his candy being his secret weapon on him when he was a kid, he's shown with just one in his hand. A couple of shots later suddenly he's got 2.

Other mistake: If a killer manages to grab a healthy, uninjured survivor off a generator or other actions without hitting them first, it still puts them in the injured state. The survivor leaves blood trails behind as the killer carries them even though they were never hit to be injured. And if getting out of the killer's grasp, they are still injured despite never being hit.

Revealing mistake: Larger characters, like Omega and Zavok, have larger frames much bigger than the other characters. However this is not compensated for when they slide under hurtles on some maps. The width of these is only exactly one lane, but these characters are wide enough their arms extend into the surrounding lanes, so they just clip through the sides of the hurdles.

To'hajiilee - S5-E13

Audio problem: After Hank and Gomez separate Jessie and Walt after he's arrested, Hank tells Gomez that "I'll call the Tribal Police on my way out, let them know we're here." During the middle of this line, the shot cuts to Walt and you can distinctly hear the sound of a microphone picking up the actor breathing on it as he recorded this line in ADR.

Continuity mistake: Out in the desert, Hank yells at Walt to drop his gun. Walt, in a frontal shot, extends his arm out to his side and lets the gun drop. When it changes to a low angle from behind Walt, suddenly this same arm and hand are down at his side instead of extended out.

Bug: Sometimes when being picked up by a killer, or if the killer is stunned while carrying a survivor just right, it will cause the animation of the survivor to glitch into a frozen pose and seem to glide around. Sometimes it even causes a weird effect of the body being swung around while being carried around on the killer or even just sliding across the floor lying down.
