Continuity mistake: After being startled by Spryte, Frog Link leaps into the air and smacks his head on a branch of the iron-wood tree. He looks up at it and is rubbing his head. The shot cuts to a close up as he realizes that's what they are looking for and his hands are suddenly down. (00:09:50)

Continuity mistake: When the Witch of Walls emerges from the Wall Without End, the camera cuts to a close up and pans up her body, if you can call it that. Her hands change shape and her fingers are different in the close up than when she is first seen emerging from the wall. The ends of her sleeves also change from pink to a darker pink, almost purple. And several of the stone pieces making up her chest change shape slightly and some change color. (00:09:55)

Revealing mistake: As the Triforce of Wisdom is telling Link to seek out the Witch in the Walls, Link still has the robe around him that he was using to hide his appearance from Spryte. As he speaks and moves, the part over his right shoulder keeps flashing and changing colors from the white of the robe, to the brown of his shirt. (00:09:00)

Continuity mistake: Once Tom rocks Jerry's world by sounding the bells of the grandfather clock with him inside it, Jerry rockets out and Tom snags him with a green fishing net. But Jerry's super mousy strength begins pulling Tom along, causing him to smack into a trash can and begin bringing it with him. It cuts to a close up of Tom with the trashcan as he's being drug, and suddenly a hotdog appears in the trashcan, and the straw in the drink turns around instantly. (00:04:10)

Continuity mistake: Tom pops out from behind the grandfather clock that Jerry has made his home in, he looks in a book and then grins at an idea. As he looks up, the pendulum of the clock is swinging to the left, and not quite half way there yet. The shot cuts to show the top of the clock and you can still see the top of the stick of the pendulum, and suddenly it is swinging to the right. (00:03:40)

Continuity mistake: The time captured pan of people running into Storybook Town shows the sign above the entrance. When the camera angle changes to a different perspective, the sign has additional parts above it, and the tip of the building turns from white to red. (00:00:30)

Character mistake: As the movie begins, a book opens up with various fairy tell things written in it. The name Cinderella is misspelled "Cincerella" on the second page, but is spelled correctly on the first page. It is also apparent that the second page just has some of the same text as on the first page. (00:00:20)

Continuity mistake: Once Ben and Amy are reunited, he gives her some money and tells her to go as far away as she can go, with her protesting. During this, he places his hands on her head to look at her. When the angle changes from showing her to him, his fingers are positioned differently each time. (01:34:25)

Continuity mistake: As Braemer and Anna are walking together, he says "Our employer wasn't sure your personal feelings for Logan wouldn't cloud your judgment in making the tough calls." The camera view from behind shows him turn his head to look at her after he finishes that sentence. It cuts back to a view of their faces and he is suddenly looking forward again. (00:56:25)

Continuity mistake: On the train with Anna, Ben says "I'll never forget the first day you showed up in Somalia, ready to set the world on fire." He and Anna are sitting by the same window. As it shows him, outside the window is just open area as they go on the tracks. When it cuts to Anna, they are suddenly passing buy houses. Throughout this sense, the stuff out the window always changes depending if the camera is looking at Ben or Anna. (01:20:55 - 01:22:21)

Continuity mistake: After the car plummets off the bridge, it slides to a stop on its side. The only smoke seen from it is coming from the tail pipe. The shot cuts to a distance view from the other side, and suddenly there is a lot of smoke coming from the engine. (00:23:10)
