Question: When the sharp shooter said to Ramirez, "That's my boy", was that meant to imply that Ramirez is actually his son?

Bug: Get in a jet and fly towards a corner of the map and keep going. Make sure the jet has autopilot leveling, and leave the control alone. Works better if the cheat for no hunger is activated. Fly off the map and keep going for hours (in game time), approx 12 or so. Then jump out and kill yourself to respawn back on land. This causes the whole map to be covered with Gang Territories.

Bug: Go into any pizza restaurant in the game and look at the people sitting down eating. Most of them that raise pizza to their face miss their mouth. Some even are stabbing themselves in the eye with pizza.

Question: When Ezekial attacked the Howard rocket and he beat Iron Man down, why didn't he just kiill Iron Man then? Besides obviously that ending the movie right there.

Plot hole: Nick Fury wants to detain Tony as he is the only witness. Tony takes off and Nick Fury even says to apprehend him so their only witness isn't killed. Yet when the S.H.I.E.L.D. robots confront Tony at Pepper's vacation spot, they say they are authorized to use deadly force against Tony. And Nick Fury even orders them to fire when Tony resists. If they need Tony to keep their only witness alive, why try to kill him when he doesn't cooperate? (00:31:05)

Audio problem: When Tony is telling Pepper about what happened to Rhodey, there is one shot of the side of Tony, slightly to a back angle where he is talking. His jaw does not move at all while speaking during that shot. (00:27:10)

Factual error: Vent shafts and grates can be passed through like they don't exist.

Other mistake: In campaign mode, in the level where Bromly drops from a sky light and saves you at a enemy meeting, you can see Bromly spawn. During the meeting, look up at the sky light, you can see an enemy standing on the glass. Keep watching and when it's time for Bromly, you can see him suddenly spawn from thin air in front of the enemy and kill him, dropping him through the glass and him jump down to shoot the other enemies.

Trivia: This is the only game of the original series to have 6 MasterBots as level bosses. In the second game it was made 8 MasterBots which became the series standard. But only 6 in the first game.

Other mistake: In the Jungle level you fight Xenia. Before she gets to you, she or you have to cross a rope bridge over a canyon. Xenia cannot see over the sides, despite it being just a rope bridge. You can stand to the side and just blast away at her as she crosses and she can't see you till she's on your side. If you move to the opening of the bridge, she can suddenly see you and will start shooting. But she can't see past the sides of the bridge.

Continuity mistake: In the fight at Metropolis, every shot showing Brainiac's ship has the tentacles moving differently and at different speeds. (00:48:30)

Continuity mistake: Drones attack the Daily Planet. Jimmy and another guy push a desk at the drones and force them and the desk out the window with seamless precision. The next shot of the broken window shows that there is a 2 or 3 foot wall under it separating the window from the floor. The desk would have hit that wall and stopped and or crushed the robots against the wall, not magically hopped over the wall like it didn't exist. (00:48:00)
