Continuity mistake: When the Nightmare Nurse is talking with Renee and looking out the window at the dark creatures that she can see, Renee responds and looks at her in the reflection of the window. When it cuts to a different angle showing her, the position of her head does not match her reflection. (00:17:40)

Continuity mistake: At the table when Constantine is talking with Chas, they mention him throwing up on his aunt at a wedding and Constantine says he thought she took it fine. He lowers his hand with his cigarette pointed down in the close up. But in the next angle it's suddenly pointed up. (00:05:35)

Continuity mistake: After his "inner demons" attack Constantine and then reveal what they are, he has blood on the right side of his face and ear. His left side is mostly clear except a little bruise on his cheek. When it cuts to an angle further away, suddenly he has blood on his left cheek also. (00:04:15)

Continuity mistake: Constantine wakes up from a nightmare and sits up in his bed clutching his head. The window beside him has the blinds wide open with Big Ben seen through the window. But in the next shot suddenly the blinds are down covering a lot of the window. Also his bed posts change shapes. (00:03:10)

Continuity mistake: As the film starts, young Constantine is smoking a cigarette with a close up of his fingers. The camera angle changes and suddenly his fingers are in noticeably different positions. Most obvious is the finger nails are facing towards his left and then his right. (00:00:30)

Continuity mistake: After Bill punches the door open at the end of the alley, the old couple get up and escape. There is a wooden barrel and trash in the corner where they were hiding. But moments later when Batman breaks Bill's leg, the corner is seen behind him and the barrel and trash are gone. (00:05:15 - 00:05:55)

Continuity mistake: As Big Bill is walking towards Batman threatening him, they are standing where the Robins are to Batman's right and the old man and woman are to his left. Each group down at the end of the alley at each doorway respectively. When Bill swings a punch at Batman, Batman ducks away moving towards the right towards the Robins. But in the next shot he's suddenly moving backwards towards the left to the old man and woman. (00:04:55)

Continuity mistake: When Jason lunges at Batman with his knife, there is a pile of garbage by the wall where he lands. In the first shot the barrel by the garbage is wooden. But in the next shot it's suddenly a metal barrel/drum. It then changes back to a wooden barrel again. (00:04:20)

Bug: Nucleus: The projectiles for the Righteous Bison, Pomson 3000, and the Wrap Assassin can not pass through the control point area of the map for some reason. They just disappear at that point.

Factual error: Scout: The description of the Wrap Assassin states that the ornament projectile moves at 90 miles an hour. However it actually moves at around 127.84 miles per hour.

Bug: Scout: If a friendly player is hit by their Scout's ornament ball from the Wrap Assassin that was air blast reflected by an enemy Pyro, they will take no damage from it. However the bleeding icon will still appear on their HUD.

Other mistake: Soldier: Even though a Medic can freely ubercharge a soldier wielding these weapons, the strange part Kills While Ubercharged can not be applied to the Equalizer or the Escape Plan.

Factual error: In movies, TV shows, cartoons, and videogames people are often depicted as standing right next to molten lava or magma. Frequently walking or fighting next to it, getting inches away or only a few feet above it. In reality the heat coming off it alone would cause people's clothes and skin to catch fire and burn their lungs just from being within like 20 feet of lava.

Trivia: After his friends get the first key and clue also, Parzival goes back to the Halliday Journals. As he is walking inside, the Arkham Knight is walking out, the main villain in the game Batman: Arkham Knight. (00:35:20)

Audio problem: Halloween Event 2018: For this event, Hans Volter has been turned into Count Volter and is now the voice of the trader during waves and matches. His voice and body has been changed to that of a vampire with a Transylvanian accent like Dracula. However, when he appears as the boss of the match at the end, despite having the Count Volter appearance, his voice lines and accent remain the same as the German Hans Volter with the muffled sounds from his metal mask, despite not having it on.
