Continuity mistake: Beta kills Marry/Gamma and places her next to a tree. During the scuffle with her, his mask was half ripped and another Whisper comes up to him, now recognizing his face. Beta kills the man, then the camera cuts back to Mary's body, and her head is now turned to the right and her hair has been brushed away from her eye. She also goes from being slouched over to nearly sitting up right against the tree. All this while she's just a dead body against the tree. (00:17:04)

Continuity mistake: After Beta kills Mary/Gamma, he drags her body and sets it up by a tree, dragging her by her hair. There is a jump cut as he walks away, and her eyes move to a different position, as well as the amount of hair over her face changes. (00:16:25)

Revealing mistake: After Andrea avoids the truck on the road, she is attacked in the woods by some walkers and pinned to a tree. After breaking free, she goes to stab a woman on the ground with her knife. But as she goes to strike, you can see the actress slowing her strike down "pulling the punch" and gently resting the blade on the walker's head instead of actually striking. (00:20:41)

Other mistake: While the farm is being overrun, Hershel is out front with his shotgun constantly firing. He never reloads and would never had the chance to stop and reload that weapon with so many zombies on him. His shotgun appears to have infinite ammo at this point.

Continuity mistake: Towards the end when Rick and Shane are leaning up against the car, Rick says it can't be that easy killing anyone, you know that. Shane is looking ahead with his head angled down in that shot, but when the camera cuts to a different angle, Shane is holding his head up right. (00:40:15)

Continuity mistake: At the crossroads, after Rick starts to walk away from Shane, Shane starts to tell the story of what happened with the outbreak. Rick pauses and is looking off to his right as he is in the blurry foreground with Shane talking behind him, looking towards the left of camera. The angle cuts to a view from behind Rick, and suddenly Rick has his head turned to his left now, but also towards the left of camera but from this angle. (00:16:43)

Shane asks him which way is it going to go as Rick is looking to his left down at the tractor. When the shot cuts to The Other Side as Rick responds, he's suddenly looking straight ahead at the barn. Continuity mistake: After Rick and Glenn cover themselves with guts, Rick tosses T-Dog the handcuff keys for Merle. T-Dog is at that moment in the rain coat and has on no hat, standing and appearing OK. The group then rushes up to the roof to watch Rick and Glenn on the street, and tell T-Dog to get back on the CB radio. Suddenly T-Dog is now leaned back sitting against the wall on the roof again with his hat and regular clothes acting all beat up again, and then shows Merle he has The Key.

Continuity mistake: Merle is handcuffed to a pipe and tries to seduce Andrea, saying they are going to die anyways. When she says, she'd rather die, his hands are apart closer to his sides, then when it cuts to a close up of him, suddenly he's got his hands together with one finger pointed at the other hand.
