The Walking Dead

Thank You - S6-E3

Other mistake: When Nicholas shoots himself, both him and Glenn fall with their feet facing the dumpster, and their heads facing the walkers. However, when they cut to the shot of presumably Nicholas being eaten, we see Glenn's head facing the dumpster. This does not make any sense. Glenn would have had to do a complete 180 turn before landing, or move around without being detected by walkers. In fact, the way they landed does not make complete sense at all. Another possible explanation could be that there are two dumpsters, but none is seen. The fence seen when Glenn and Nicholas climb on top has also disappeared.

Spend - S5-E14

Other mistake: Earlier in the season Father Gabriel Stokes burns his clerical collar, but in the end of this episode he is wearing it again. Especially doesn't make sense, because he said he gave up being a pastor.

What Lies Ahead - S2-E1

Other mistake: When Daryl is cutting open a walker in the woods to see what meat it ate while searching for Sophia he stabs the walker several times, but the knife is not bloody and it stays clean. (00:33:30)

Pretty Much Dead Already - S2-E7

Other mistake: Dale threatens to shoot Shane, and Shane walks right up to him until the barrel of Dale's rifle is against his chest. Just before Shane walks up to him, you can see the imprint of the rifle muzzle on Shane's shirt from an earlier take. (00:32:50)

Prey - S3-E14

Other mistake: In Woodbury, on the street, while Andrea talks to the Governor, we can see everybody wearing jackets and orange, red and yellow trees, showing that the scene was shot during fall. According to the beginning of the third season, they had just passed through a hard winter. So it should be spring or the beginning of summer.

Welcome to the Tombs - S3-E16

Other mistake: When Martinez shoots the grenade launcher for a second time the cross hairs are on the concrete wall of the guard tower yet the explosion does nothing to the concrete and destroys the top of the tower.

Days Gone Bye - S1-E1

Other mistake: In the opening scene when the cop stops at the side of the road & walks between the truck & car you can see there is no engine or transmission on the truck lying on its side.

Season 8 generally

Other mistake: In Season 6, it is revealed that Maggie is pregnant. In Season 8, she's not even showing, suggesting that not much time has passed, but in that time, Judith has grown from an infant into a toddler.

Suggested correction: The scene you are referring to with Judith as a toddler is a flash forward scene where Rick is an old man. At this point we don't know if it was a dream/Ricks imagination or an actual flash forward. Either way, that is not the current Judith.

Show generally

Other mistake: Most if not every time someone kills a walker in close proximity or repeatedly bludgeons one that is already dead with a blunt object and there is a CGI blood spatter effect (as opposed to a practical blood spatter effect), the blood magically never gets on the person's face.

Still - S4-E12

Other mistake: After Daryl clubs the walker and gets blood all over Beth's shirt, she proceeds to take off her cardigan. As the next scene plays we see Beth front on and then a behind shot of her - the actress has her mobile phone in her back pocket.

Mercy - S8-E1

Other mistake: When the herd appear on the freeway walking around the corner it's the same footage used in the previous season, just before Rick and Michone drive the two cars at them connected by the cable.

The Grove - S4-E14

Other mistake: Straight after Carol and Mika find some houses and are leading Tyreese, Lizzie and (supposedly) Judith to them, Judith is missing throughout the entire scene. No one appears to be holding her or even bothered by the fact that she isn't there. Then she's back again in the next scene.

Pretty Much Dead Already - S2-E7

Other mistake: As Daryl carries a saddle toward the barn, in the far shot, there is no one around. The shot then changes to him entering the barn carrying the saddle inside. Suddenly we now see Carol coming around the corner, several yards behind him. Where did she come from? Unless she was already inside next door and saw him enter, she shouldn't have been there.

Quotes

Carol: haven't had a chance to say, I'm glad you came back.
Daryl: To what? All this?
Carol: This is our home.
Daryl: This is a tomb.
Carol: That's what T-Dog called it, thought he was right, until you found me. He's your brother, but he's not good for you. Don't let him bring you down. After all look how far you've come.

Mistakes

When Daryl is driving the hospital van, it shows that he is going to land upside down, on the vehicle's roof, when he drives off the parking garage. In the next scene, the vehicle lands on its wheels, as if it has done a complete front flip.
