The Walking Dead

Indifference - S4-E4

Visible crew/equipment: During the scene where Daryl's group finds the auto shop, Daryl spits on his hand to wipe the window and is surprised by a zombie banging up against the window. He says, "Got some friends inside" and walks away. The camera pans to the window and a crew member wearing a white hat and (what appears to be) an orange shirt is visible in the reflection. He seems to be taking a picture (probably for continuity, which is pretty ironic).

Consumed - S5-E6

Continuity mistake: When Daryl is driving the hospital van, it shows that he is going to land upside down, on the vehicle's roof, when he drives off the parking garage. In the next scene, the vehicle lands on its wheels, as if it has done a complete front flip.

No Sanctuary - S5-E1

Continuity mistake: At the start of the episode when Tyreese and Carol are walking down the railroad tracks towards Terminus, they encounter a herd of walkers coming out of the woods. One of the first walkers to cross the tracks is a male walker wearing a burgundy sweatshirt with a rip in the middle. When gunfire erupts at Terminus, the walkers turn their attention towards it. In the next shot when they start to head towards the sound, we see the same male walker now in the middle of the herd yet to cross the tracks, next shot after that, we again see him at the front of the pack.

I Ain't a Judas - S3-E11

Carol: haven't had a chance to say, I'm glad you came back.
Daryl: To what? All this?
Carol: This is our home.
Daryl: This is a tomb.
Carol: That's what T-Dog called it, thought he was right, until you found me. He's your brother, but he's not good for you. Don't let him bring you down. After all look how far you've come.

Question: Why was the fence down in the flashbacks with Hershel at the prison?

Chosen answer: The walkers could have knocked them down more than once. There may have been another wave that knocked down the fence earlier and they're going to put it up again soon.

Question: Spencer wasn't bitten. He died by knifing, but he turned into a walker. I thought you had to be bitten?

Chosen answer: It's been established that everyone is infected with the zombie virus, albeit in a dormant state, so that when anyone dies, by whatever means, the virus turns the dead into zombies (walkers). Being bitten or scratched injects live viruses into the system that quickly turns a living person into a zombie, without having to die first.

Answer: The Claimer in the headscarf saw Rick hiding under the bed just before being rendered unconscious. Also, Rick was wearing a jacket he took from the Claimer he killed.
