Other mistake: When Cat picks up the can of Leopard lager which is invisible to Lister, he shakes it, pops the cap and sprays Lister with foam. The foam is visible but the can remains invisible, and that makes no sense. If we are seeing the scene from Cat's point of view the can and foam should both be visible, and if it is from Lister's then neither should be.
Other mistake: When Michael climbs up the rope to get to the room below the infirmary, the rope is hanging from the manhole cover, but he still manages to lift the cover whilst hanging from it. In the next shot where he looks down the manhole, its clear that there is nothing other than the rope he could have held on to while lifting the cover. An impressive accomplishment, defying the laws of gravity. (00:38:00)
Other mistake: While in the past on the Jocacean Memorial Planet, after Dacon is sent up on the wall by his commander, when the Venek Horde are coming over the wall Aeryn pulls one down and throws him to the ground, and we can see one of the armor pieces lying on the ground with the actor name "Dacon" written on the inside in English.Super Grover
Other mistake: On scene at the traffic accident, when the woman and the boy with non-serious injuries are seated at the back of the ambulance, neither Roy or Johnny are going along with them to Rampart, yet Johnny puts the drug box inside the back of the ambulance with them, and the ambulance drives off. With their drug box! Captain Stanley even says that he'll advise dispatch that they're available for a run at the scene, while the guys will be looking for the dog.Super Grover
Other mistake: Right at the start, as they're crashing, the computer narrates their rapidly-dropping altitude in feet. But the "altitude" dial we're shown is in metres. Most noticeable as they cross the 3,000 mark, when the computer voice and the height say/show the same number at the same time, despite the different units. 3,000m would be more like 9,000 feet, or 3,000 feet would be more like 1,000m. Other mistake: When Rachel arrives at Central Perk, Monica introduces her to everybody, including to Chandler, as if they don't know each other. In later episodes, we learn that Chandler met Monica and Rachel a couple of times when they were in high school (including when Monica cut his toe off). Chandler even kissed Rachel once, and since Chandler always says that he hasn't kissed many women, he should have perfectly remembered Rachel, and Monica should have remembered that the two of them knew each other.
Other mistake: At the start, it's nighttime when the unsub hides in the house of the soon-to-be victim who goes to sleep when her alarm clock reads 'Tue 11:06', and then we see the time morph to 'Tue 1:13' when the victim is sound asleep, before the unsub comes out of the closet to kill her. However, the time on the clock should actually read 'Wed 1:13'.Super Grover
Other mistake: When the Doctor tells the Atraxi "Oh, you're not the first lot to have come here, there have been so many," one of the monsters shown from their scan of Earth is a group of Ood. Even if in one of their uprisings they attacked the Earth, it would have been in the far future. The Doctor has had no encounters with them on Earth, and he knows them to be peaceful, so why would they be amongst the aliens who have threatened the planet? The only Ood who has been to Earth at this point is Ood Sigma, and he didn't come to attack. In addition, a group of Hath is also shown. These aliens have never been seen on Earth at all. (00:53:30)Captain Defenestrator
Other mistake: When Nicholas shoots himself, both him and Glenn fall with their feet facing the dumpster, and their heads facing the walkers. However, when they cut to the shot of presumably Nicholas being eaten, we see Glenn's head facing the dumpster. This does not make any sense. Glenn would have had to do a complete 180 turn before landing, or move around without being detected by walkers. In fact, the way they landed does not make complete sense at all. Another possible explanation could be that there are two dumpsters, but none is seen. The fence seen when Glenn and Nicholas climb on top has also disappeared.remorse667
Other mistake: The tenant board member tells George that Mr. Eldrige in apartment 8C has decided he wants the new apartment. However, the new apartment in question has a 3-digit number - 808 I believe. This indicates that the building would not have single digit numbers and letters (Such as 5E, 8C, etc.) as part of its numbering system.Brittle Fingers
