Other mistake: When Sherlock was slapped, he later says he was surprised because the girl who slapped him was a "lefty." Then he rubs his right cheek and says it's leathery from all the slaps he's gotten, while the left is soft. This is backwards - anyone hitting him with their right hand would hit his left cheek.
Other mistake: Miss Fisher takes a handwritten phrase in "ancient" Hebrew to one of the main characters to be translated. The writing is actually in cursive Hebrew and is properly written. While performing the translation however, the "expert" translator holds the writing upside down. He also follows the writing with his finger from left to right. Hebrew is written from right to left. Other mistake: Before the security guard is killed, he turns around and faces the direction of the camera. He is killed, and the camera backs up to reveal 6 men standing there. The security guard would have seen the men and he had time to react to them, but did nothing. (00:32:50)
Other mistake: Once outside in the rain, Gambit throws 4 explosive cards at Nightwing. The first three hit walls and truck trailers but have absolutely no effect on the environment, where the fourth one causes lots of rubble to fly as Nightwing rolls out of the way. (00:03:55)
Other mistake: Captain Casey has Lieutenant pins on his uniform instead of Captain pins. (00:31:00)
Other mistake: In the opening shot of the dead girl, there's a $1 bill next to her face. However, the picture on the $1 is not George Washington.
Other mistake: When everyone is mounting Lefty after escaping the temple, part of the lava flow directly on the right of the opening goes nowhere and just ends halfway down the screen.
Episode #5.6 - S5-E6
Other mistake: The caption at the end says that Steve was cleared of any wrongdoing in the shooting of "Police Constable Martina Tranter." She was actually a Police Sergeant.
Other mistake: The first victim of the mask in the series falls back against crates that must be made of dry leaves, since all it takes is for the body to lean against them to utterly shatter them. (00:18:55)

Other mistake: When Dr. Lee and Dr. Evans are arguing just after Red Reality Michael and Green Reality Michael converse, Michael turns around and says, "Shut up!" but the closed captioning says, "Enough!"
