Continuity mistake: When Caroline and Juliana are shooting cans, Caroline says alike about Juliana dying in the other Trudy's world, and Trudy dying in Juliana's world. In the side view, Juliana is looking more forward but with her eyes cast down as she listens. Then, in the next shot from further away, Juliana is now looking directly at Caroline with her head turned. (00:16:54)
Continuity mistake: When Kido throws his son out of the house, he knocks over two candles sitting on a table. But mere seconds later, the two candles are back to their original positions.

Continuity mistake: In the flashback when Ed and Juliana are talking at the picnic table, there is a bottle of beer on the table in front of Ed. The bottle is turned so the label is partially facing Ed but angled between him and Juliana. It moves around in a few shots and also at some points is turned so the label is nearly fully facing Ed. Continuity mistake: When Frank and Ed are talking and Frank gives Ed his share of the Yakuza money, the way Frank is standing keeps changing between shots. From the front, he is standing at an angle, his body facing the bookcase but his head turned to Ed. Then, from behind, Frank is fully turned to be facing Ed. (00:32:34)
Revelations - S1-E4
Continuity mistake: Frank is at the Japanese Crown Prince's event, and he pulls out a single action revolver with the hammer already down. A few seconds later, as he's about to raise the revolver, the hammer is somehow up, and he begins cocking the hammer to make the gun operational. (00:49:40 - 00:50:20)
Continuity mistake: The officer committing seppuku is seen drawing his blade, and the katana of his kaishakunin is still sheathed. He grunts as he is about to thrust his blade, and the kaishakunin is now holding his katana in the air, ready to behead the officer. When the officer thrusts his blade into his body, the kaishakunin has a sheathed katana again, just about to draw. (00:21:05)
