Revealing mistake: At the start, when Joker has sprung himself from prison, there are three shots of the giant spring, and the wires holding up the platform at the top are visible. In the third shot, one of the wires even glistens for a moment as it moves. (00:02:35)

Continuity mistake: When Sam is in the bathroom holding up two sample paint chips, in the first shot she's holding up the yellow in her left hand and the blue in her right hand, but in the next shot they've switched and are in the opposite hands, just as Jay arrives with the coffee.

Deliberate mistake: During the final dogfight, Maverick tells Merlin he's going to "hit the brakes" then when Maverick gets a good lock on the enemy he fires. The shot of his last missile firing is a flipped shot, note "VF-213" is backwards. (01:38:50)

Visible crew/equipment: With compliments of Koga Shuko the united gangs attack the Lee brothers, and while Jimmy and Billy defend themselves Billy goes up against a guy wearing a school uniform. Just as Billy slams a car's engine hood down onto that guy, in this shot we can see the camera, the camera operator, and a crew member under the raised car hood, at the lower left side of the screen. Deliberate mistake: While Jimmy and Billy are being chased by the jet skis one of the baddies fires a missile, and when it lands in the water the long shot is flipped, note "AKZO" is backwards. (00:49:25)

Visible crew/equipment: During the tournament Billy tags Jimmy, then Billy kicks the opponent's head, and in the next wide shot as the opponent goes down, the crew's Steadicam becomes visible on the right side of the screen. (00:06:05)

Visible crew/equipment: While Billy battles Jimmy (possessed by Shuko), Billy gets frustrated and tosses his medallion, which promptly returns to him then activates its power. Visible crew/equipment: When they return to Enterprise after their successful mission, Iceman points and shouts, "You!" at Maverick. In the shot facing Maverick as he turns his head, the reflections of the camera and large reflector screen are visible on Maverick's sunglasses. Visible crew/equipment: When the large gift package is delivered to Beth she gets the sender's supposed address from the driver, then as Beth moves the package from the stairs, the reflection of the moving boom mic is visible on the window, in the top right corner of the screen. Continuity mistake: When Rockford finds the money in Rocky's mail, Angel pulls a requisite Angel move and swipes some of the bills. Angel's lowest two polo shirt buttons are open, but in the next closeup as he shoves a bill into his shirt pocket those buttons are closed, then open again. (00:06:10)

Continuity mistake: When Rockford goes to see his friend the preacher to ask about a new fence in town, the wood box that the preacher opens has the word "donation" on it, with the bottom of the letters facing the hinged side of the box. In the box's closeup some changes include: the wood top is now different and the word "donation" faces the opposite way, with the top of the letters facing the hinged side. (00:38:40)

A Bad Deal in the Valley - S2-E22
Visible crew/equipment: When Rockford and Karen drive up to the house where Lederer has been hiding, Rockford stops the car and explains that he doesn't want to spook him. During this brief stop, note there is something at the roof of Rockford's car along with the reflection of equipment, and in the two shots of Frick and Frack's car a crew member's reflection (looks like their hand) is visible on the window's chrome trim, on the right side of the screen.
