Visible crew/equipment: When Barney and Floyd are spying on Sam while he's getting groceries, we can see both of the grocery store's windows and its clear glass, but when Sam drives off the left display window has been covered with a dulling spray resulting in a matte surface, to prevent the camera and crew's reflections.

Continuity mistake: When Barney walks into the chicken coop there's a window on its door, but when Barney hides from Flint there's no such window on its door.

Continuity mistake: On Flint's farm there's a cow tied to the back fence, which can be seen in exterior shots throughout the episode - when Ellie, Andy, and Barney are there. After Flint tells Barney to get off his land, in the exterior shot when Barney walks into the barn we see that cow tied to the back fence, but next shot inside the barn we see that very same cow in the stall - note the black/white markings.

Continuity mistake: While Barney's on the farm trying to get Frankie, twice he heads into the barn through the right-side entrance door within the tall sliding double barn doors (about 12 ft high), but when it cuts to the interior shots he's entering through the barn's left-side entrance door, plus the fact that it's not within huge double sliding doors. (This interior set is seen again in "Barney Gets His Man.").

Visible crew/equipment: After Ellie and Andy are turned away by Flint, when they walk back into the courthouse while Barney's lifting the chair, the chalk T-mark is visible on the floor.

Visible crew/equipment: After the press conference, while Emily, Rossi, and Derek are standing beside the SUV, when Captain Lancaster walks over to them we can see the four chalk T-marks on the ground where they all stand.

Other mistake: After the explosion at the top of the Empire State Building, when Fin's soaring through the air he grabs hold of the chainsaw and powers it up to use on the sharks, but in one shot the cutting chain has been removed from the chainsaw's guide bar. Then the cutting chain is back, but it's not moving even though we hear it working.

Visible crew/equipment: After Fin and the others have collected weapons, they all get back into the cab waiting for them on Broadway, and when the cab starts to drive off we can see the reflection of the camera on the back passenger window.

Continuity mistake: After Fin and the others exit the subway there's a baby shark stuck onto Fin's denim jacket which results in a large tear in the material, but that large tear in Fin's jacket vanishes and instead shows just a few small marks thereafter.

Visible crew/equipment: While Fin's on the Empire State Building's observation deck Skye's holding the freon connection together, and after Fin picks up the chainsaw and cable just as he shouts, "Ready?" we can see the reflection of set lighting on the glass door.

Other mistake: When Fin is standing atop the fire engine slicing into the overhead shark, the chainsaw's cutting chain has been removed from the guide bar - so it couldn't actually slice, but then the cutting chain is back in place.

Visible crew/equipment: While Fin's on the Empire State Building's observation deck Skye heads down to make a freon connection, and right after the closeup of the shark in the sky heading for the building, when it cuts to Fin we can see the reflections of the camera, two crew members, and a red step ladder with a yellow top (possibly a Werner ladder), all reflected on the glass door. Visible crew/equipment: After most of Susie's severed remains are found at the beach, it cuts to ADA Barba walking into the conference room as he says, "Twelve hours after Rudnick posts bail, a potential prosecution witness is found in pieces with the morning tide," and under the table we can see two reddish long tape marks on the floor, where Olivia stands during the scene. Continuity mistake: After Sam reads the newspaper article about Jim's death it cuts to him dropping in to see Melinda, and when he's looking at the framed photographs on the sideboard two of the closeups of the photos are flipped shots - the positions of the frames are reversed.

Visible crew/equipment: When Melinda is at the VFW trying to get information on Paul Evans, she and Joe are alone with his wife's ghost, and after Joe tells Melinda that she can come by anytime for scintillating conversation, it cuts to a shot facing her and we can see equipment movement at the bottom right side of the screen.

Visible crew/equipment: Right after Mr. Jones punches Young Ben down into the clay mud pit it cuts to GW climbing up out of the pit, and when GW reaches the top there are men standing in the background at the left side of the screen, at least one of whom is wearing modern-day clothing.
