When Homer thanks Mr. Bouvier, in the next wide shot as the twins nod their heads, both of their turtlenecks are not colored in properly at their torsos, so the background is visible through their bodies. Then just as Rockford walks over to Susan's car, note that on Rockford's car we can see the reflection of the boom operator (wearing a red jacket) on the door, and the reflection of the moving boom pole/microphone on the roof (there's also a reflection of the stationary telephone pole on the roof).
