Continuity mistake: When Ricky's new agent insults the apartment building Ricky explains that Fred and Ethel are their best friends, and we see Lucy drop the toy train onto the chair and take hold of the jack-in-the-box toy (in the crook of her left arm) with her right hand, but when it cuts to the closeup the toy train is back in Lucy's right hand and the jack-in-the-box toy is once again held in her left arm. Visible crew/equipment: During the episode a small tape mark is visible on the floor between the coffee table and the couch, and a T-mark can be seen on the floor near the desk, such as when Lucy starts telling her guests about their "fabulous" trip, Ethel stands at the T-mark and a female guest stands at the tape mark. Revealing mistake: When Ricky and Lucy find their train compartment, while they stand outside their door talking we can see the actor playing the porter peeking out of the next compartment's door waiting for his cue, and in a few moments he opens the door just as Lucy approaches. (00:02:20)

Visible crew/equipment: When Ethel walks into her hotel room and tells Lucy and Fred about having to push the motorcycle to three different places, the second camera (or other equipment) keeps moving in and out of shot at the right side of the screen. (00:13:00)

Deliberate mistake: After Fred and Ethel arrive at Richard Widmark's house dressed as mental hospital staff, when Lucy hugs Ricky and holds out the grapefruit for Widmark to sign, the last closeup of the adorable St. Bernard is a flipped shot - note the chair in the hallway which should be to the left of the table, but is now to the right of the table. Visible crew/equipment: When Molly walks into the "memory lane" tent at the carnival, four shots in we can see the reflection of a crewmember (moving dark silhouette) on the glass display beside the entrance. Then as Molly turns the crank and looks into the Mutoscope, in the wideshot we can see a crouching male crewmember hiding behind the case, at the left side of the screen. (00:28:15)

Other mistake: When Rex shakes the table causing the baby monitor to fall, the batteries fall out and we see the open battery compartment with markings for positive (+) and negative (-), and space for two AA batteries. Woody jumps off the bed and places the two batteries inside the compartment, but before he closes the compartment note the position of the battery closest to the top of the monitor. The positive side is actually where the negative side should be so the monitor should not work, but the monitor turns on just in time to hear the soldier's warning. (00:13:15)

Continuity mistake: All the walls in Andy's room have white wainscoting with the cloud wallpaper on the upper part of the walls, but in the opening shot of the room we see behind the "saloon" box that the cloud wallpaper covers the wall all the way down to the baseboard. The tall dresser isn't where it should be as well. (00:00:40)

Continuity mistake: While Adam and Ted Hackett are talking on the front porch, in the exterior shot we can see the tablecloth inside the house is solid white, but in the interior shots the tablecloth has a red/white check type pattern. (00:31:15)

Continuity mistake: When Adam introduces himself to Ted Hackett, the back-junction on Ted's Y-back braces is bunched up as he and Adam are walking through the doorway, but in the next interior shot of them entering the home, the Y-back is suddenly lying properly. (00:31:35)

Revealing mistake: At the end of Lucy and Van Johnson's dance, Ricky and everyone else clap as Lucy walks through the curtain to head "backstage', and in the next shot just as Lucy walks through the curtain we catch a glimpse of Desi Arnaz standing there waiting for his cue. Then in a few moments Ricky, Ethel, Fred, and Caroline all rush in excitedly to congratulate Lucy. (00:24:55)

Audio problem: While Sam and Dianne are at Melville's after both of their lies have been revealed, when Dianne tells Sam that she came back on a quest for the truth, we hear Sam respond, "And you just brought along your one-man Warren Commission there," but his mouth is saying something entirely different. Continuity mistake: After Don leaves the bar, a few minutes later Frasier shouts at him, "Run, Don! Run like the wind!" and Rebecca is left sitting alone at the table crying, but when it cuts to the overhead shot of the bar we see Don is still sitting at the table, even though he left five minutes earlier. (00:07:05 - 00:08:15)

Visible crew/equipment: When Rebecca leaves Don at the table to relax while she gets champagne to "celebrate the answer", it cuts to an overhead shot as we hear the TV host introduce Salman Rushdie and Dr. Ruth, and the set lighting can be seen as well as the boom and mic moving around at the top of the screen. A few minutes later the mic can be seen bobbing again in the overhead shot from the same angle. (00:03:20 - 00:08:20)

Continuity mistake: Just as "Martha - meet Frank, Daniel, and Lawrence" appears onscreen, we see Daniel and Martha's airplane take off, and when the airplane lands its tail/fin are entirely different. (00:07:00 - 00:12:40)

Deliberate mistake: While Laurence is driving to the park trying to find Martha there are closeups of his car en route, and one of the closeups of the front left side of his car is a flipped shot, note the backwards "Saab" and the surface damage which is actually at the right side of his car.
